We wanted to stay near Isla Verde. The hotel is located very close to the airport. However, we discovered cockroaches in our room and we had cold water for a shower. I could’ve dealt with the cold water shower if we didn’t have the cockroaches. Not all the lights in the room worked.

The cleaning was terrible

Wasn’t what is advertised in the photos, rooms very small balcony not swept or mopped, elevator very small, no air, room leaking from lights and ceiling fixture, first room Television didn’t work, moved to different room, dead moth on the floor all three days I was there, bring your own sheets bed cover, towels, face towels. Check in ok friendly person, parking have to wait until someone decides to lift the gate to let you in, also didn’t advertise parking is 7.00 per day, there NO complimentary breakfast either, don’t bring small children because the room and shower very small

Expensive for what would be 2-star accommodations in the mainland US. Room was old/dingy. Maybe this is a common thing for a beach area hotel near the airport? Glad we only stayed one night. Tiny bathroom and shower. You have to walk inside and check-in before you can access the parking which was confusing and there isn’t curbside parking available while you wait to check in.

Great that it is so close to the airport. However it's tricky to find, parking service and walk to entrance even with one small carry on was difficult with steep steps. Counter service was great checking in and checking out. Creepy hallways and I'm a native.

Isn't a luxury hotel but it was clean and you have everything near the hotel beach, food and entertainment

This is not a hotel. This should be condemned! I am asking for a full refund with an apology from Expedia. This place had roaches, dirt, water leaks and mold! Please do yourself a favor and get some other place. Run from this.

The front staff was accommodating and friendly.The property needs work roof was leaking after rain storm and my had ants in her bed

Convenient location walking distance to beach, shops & restaurants. Staff was very accommodating, friendly fast and efficient. Pool area was clean BUT water was very cloudy, room smelled like roach spray, broken floor and wall tiles, paint peeling. Skip the on site restaurant its not all that, go local better flavors and portions. Hopefully the other rooms are better kept and smells better. Overall for a pinch it guess it's ok.

Si buscas un lugar con lujos no lo es. Es un lugar sencillo para pasar la noche y si quieres estar en la piscina. Su ascensor es pequeño, el baño igual, las camas son medio pequeñas si eres persona llenita y duermes con alguien mas. Le falta mas limpieza a los cuartos y la bañera es pequeña.
