Excellent breakfast great pool nice location

As the room is facing the high wall, so it is comparable darker than average. The second is wifi, wifi is always disconnected even no wifi, especially after evening.

The hotel was undergoing some repair to the 2nd floor during our stay. Jake hammer noise was heard throughout the building until 8:00 pm one evening. The hotel was relatively inexpensive but so was the hotel. Room locks seem insecure and voices from the adjoining room were easily heard. Wi-Fi was only available inthe lobby.

I arrive at this location in the evening of March 17, 2017 I greet the receptionist he ignore my presence, then I ask for change to pay for my taxi and he said he didn't have to have change and told me to walk around the corner foor change. Then I ask if they have money exchange and he told me , This is a Hotel not a Money Excahnge Place or a Bank. Also I ask for a map and he said: You are the first one that bother on getting a Map Room was dirty, pillows felt more like a rock and also I found pubic hair in the bed sheets. I don't recommend this place at all. More than a three star I will give no stars and also I found Hostels with better service and cleaning conditions.

Fairly basic double room with private bathroom. The staff were very helpful when asked about the local area and activities. The location is a short walk from the main square and a major shopping area. Good buffet breakfast.

The hotel has very little comfort, only one electric outlet in the entire room on a triple room, 3 cell phones at least could not be charged at the same time. The TV is a very small and old TV. The service from the clerk at the lobby is the worse service I have received in any hotel, when asked for a taxi, the guy said to go wait outside and see if one drives by, it was raining. At check in, he did not ask for our documents, he gave me 3 sheets of paper and said to fill them out 3 times, even when the information is the same for all guests. Never again will I go to this hotel and would not recommend it to anybody.

Stayed several nights and found hotel convenient walking distance to center of town and easy cab ride to most other things

I reserved a 3 bed room (fancy on pictures), when I was there they gave me a double and a single bed room, defective A/C, very bad mattress, no ventilation, Room door defective could open without key, very tiny rooms for 4 people.

Very old furniture ,smelly, we have to ask the front desk to turn the air conditioning.No control in the room, One speed only ... The drain in the shower was not draining...

Nice lobby, poor room, no fridge, breakfast OK. This hotel is disapointing because of the price and the poor quality of the room.

I was not there for too many hours, late afternoon in and very early out. Therefore I was not able to take full advantage of the hotel's facilities. Overall though it was a nice stay and I would look to stay there again.

Staff were nice & helpful but the bathroom smells like sewer.

I am not a critical person, but this hotel was completely awful. Our room was burning hot as there was a centrally controlled radiator that we could not turn off. We could not sleep. Additionally, even though they are located in the heart of Argentina's wine country, the hotel did not have a corkscrew for us to borrow. The staff was completely unhelpful. Expedia should not partner with Hotel Carollo.

Great location and staff was very good. No problems what so ever. Minor glitch the pillows were very uncomfortable but everything else was very good value. Clean and safe

Old and run down hotel with less then friendly staff. When we had transport issues and called ahead to advise that we would be late they asked us repeatedly to stay for 3 nights anyway cause we would be charged for all 3. What a surprise when we checked out and were charged for an extra night! The pool was so dirty 2 days we did not even go in it! The only thing positive about this hotel is that its in an excellent location. Buyer be ware! with all the rooms build around a centre square where the pool is located do not expect to sleep before 3am

The hotel was average, but the staff made it great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They did their best to help in any way they could or were asked. The staff in the breakfast area and cleaning of the hotel were superb! They worked so hard and were always receptive to any needs that I expressed. And the breakfast was very good and plentiful. The front desk staff were the best! I have stayed in 5-star hotels that were not nearly as helpful or friendly. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to others. Also, my internet always worked in the common areas and I could walk to restaurants and shopping. The front desk staff arranged tours for me when I asked them to. All in all, it was a very positive experience!

Common areas are fine. The room was not to a 3-star standard. It needs to be totally overhauled.

no non smoking rooms. the first room offered to us smelled bad of cigarette smoke and something else. the second room was a little better. not even a little bit of english spoken at the reception - solamente argentino! - they were generous with teir check out policy and the breakfast was good.
