The room was good. The reception woman was rude the man was nice. The breakfast was good with good variety but the scrambled eggs were always cold because they forgot to put the fire under the egg container and sometimes people left the lid off of it after taking their eggs. The biggest problem is that everything at breakfast had sugar in it except for the eggs and the cheese. They could offer some Media Luna and yogurt choices that don't have sugar.

Hotel Grand King is a nice hotel in a good location close to the Obelisco and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The reason I am giving such a high score, however, is due to the staff - Patricia in particular - who went above and beyond in trying to help when my luggage was delayed. Muchos gracias Patricia!

Virtually no Air CON，When to ask and was told there is only ventilation. The room gets warm all the time despite outside temperature is below twenty degree.

The Room I stay second time was too noisy the air condition makes a lot of noise. Patricia was very helpful the rest not good.

The property needs a major renovation. The ceiling leaked in the lobby. Wet spots in the carpets. Lobby door didn't close properly. A/C never cooled our room. We where hot the entire stay.

I like the location very much, the service is good and it is convenient to eat.

Having no airconditioning for half my stay when it high 30 outside .reception had a fan and i sweated like a pig in the room for days.°

Stay there for 8 days excellent location 10 to 20 minutes walking to many key points, many good restaurants close by, plenty of shopping opportunities. Highly recommend

I didn't like the fact that the rooms are not soundproof. You can hear other guest even when they open drawers.

I was in room 611 and it was too noisy outside and you can hear everything, and after the bar closes they turn down and make so much noise like it’s in the middle of the day.

I did asked to pay at the check in. The reason was : no any information from Expedia for my payment. I therefore doubled paid. I need a refund.

The lifts are very dated and the room door keys need to be recharged at reception each day. Other than that a very good experience.

Grand King is very conveniently located and is pleasant and clean. We would use it again.
