Spacious room, the staff was friendly, professional and focused to give everyone a positive experience. The breakfast bar had the best food I ever at a hotel anywhere.

It was ok but no one would come to the desk at 4:30AM for check out. Plus no one answered at the front desk phone EVER.

The reserved room was unavailable when we arrived do to plumbing issues. I accepted an alternative room option and they responded with waiving our pet fee. I think that was very accommodating

I arrived the day after the big snow and I believe the agent at the desk was working hard to get everyone waiting checked in, but I waited nearly an hour and a half and she said there were 3’people in front of me, so I’m not sure what happened there. I think a lot of people were demanding attention. But I was sooo grateful to have a restaurant on site bc everything else in the area w the exception of a Waffle House I think was closed. No shuttle to the airport, not surprisingly, but I think the staff that was able to get there were working very hard.

Great pet friendly spot right off the highway and close to Tanger Outlet and Restaurants, in house restaurant but breakfast is not free, food made to order, Chef Grace was super friendly and Elle at the front desk was super helpful! Would stay again!

The furniture in our room was filthy and in disrepair. The bathroom was also not great. I mentioned it on checkout

I had a great stay at Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Airport. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, the fitness center was clean and well-equipped, and the room was cozy and quiet. Conveniently located near the airport, it’s a perfect choice for travelers!

We booked this hotel for the airport shuttle, but it runs only part time. We ended up taking an Uber. Hotel itself is run down. Terrible mattress, broken toilet etc…Would NOT recommend staying here if you are looking for a hotel near the Savannah airport.

I chose this property for the airport shuttle service for early flight departing at 5:50 am. When I checked in I was told shuttle service started at 7:30 due to lack of drivers. I had to take Uber for the 1.5 mile trip to the airport that cost me $25 with a tip. Not happy with the extra expense I wasn’t supposed to pay.

Pillows are great. Reception has an adjoining open restaurant, so whole entrance / reception area smells strongly of frying oil
