An awesome and authentic experience. Loved the hotel and very friendly staff. Toilets kept on not flushing in the room. This could be an issue with oaxaca itself but it did happen frequently. When we arrived there was no hot water for the shower but didnt affect us massively. Other than that it is a superb place to stay, very central in oaxaca.

I loved the location and the staff was really nice and helpful. The only think we didn’t enjoy was the fact that there was no hot water for the 3 nights we were there. Only the last night. And I really did need a warm shower, especially in the morning.

A coffee machine would be nice.

Everything was wonderful, all the employees were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was really good also. The hotel was within walking distance of everything.

The room I stayed the AC was not working (room 401) even thought a staff member came to check it, it never worked. Besides that all good

The pool and overall property look larger in the pictures. The pool is very small. We had issues with the toilet flush almost every day, and one day there was no water at all. At times we had to maually put water in the flush tank for it to work. No elevator, so if you have large luggage, you have to lug it to the second or third floor. The room size was fair for our family of four, but the bathroom was tiny. On the last day, when we were about to leave, the front desk lady ran to us and inquired about the missing glass in the room, which was sitting right beside the water jug. It was quite a disappointing stay. I would stay somewhere else, given the amount of money they charge. You can get a better deal with that rate.

Location was great to walk everywhere. Was disappointed to get charged $189.00 dollars for extra two people. We had paid over $1200 dollars for 6 nights at their hotel. I used Expedia to book and forgot to put 4 people to a room instead of 2. We had the presidential suite with a king bed and two twins it was a nice room but something was wrong with the boiler and we had to take cold water for 4 days!!!

Great convenient location with good amenities

Really beautiful hotel. The rooms are small. You get what you pay for. If you need internet access this is not the place for you. We always had to step outside our room to get the wifi connection. Food from the restaurant downstairs is delicious!

The staff was amazing, sweet and helpful. The hotel is so beautiful, the food was delicious. Walking distance to all the important sites in Oaxaca centro.

The best thing about the hotel is its location. It's convenient, clean, has a restaurant, and the service is good. The towels are old and scratchy.
