Nice clean hotel very strict polices dinning area very nice n plenty choices breakfast was great

I like how the rooms are very clean, it's peaceful, the staff is nice, but the only thing honestly it would be nice to have more comfortable fluffier pillows for sleeping the pillows are a little flat, woke up uncomfortable with pain and cramping in my neck, need to swap out those pillows for bigger fluffier ones.

Found hair and stains in the bed.

Much better than the Fairfieldmproperty we stayed at last year! Hampton was clean, modernized, staff friendly. And better location to the high school where we needed to be for an event

It was a great stay overall. It was an easy drive into Chicago and took us less than an hour to get there. The elevator made some funny noises, which was a little worrisome, but overall was good. The rooms were clean. The staff was nice. The breakfast was okay. The pool and hot tub were relaxing. There was a dirty diaper on the pool deck and lacked pool towels the first night of our stay. I blame the guest who left the diaper there. I would stay again.

I have tried to get in touch with someone but can’t speak with an actual person, I made our reservation online, but on the night we arrived, I was asked to pay $50.00, I don’t know what that was for, also the room was in the 1st floor, our neighbors was very noisy, and also it was as if the washer room was also close to our room and we hear it all night long, not a very relaxing stay at all. Please let me know why I had to pay an extra fifty dollars the night we arrived

Nice and quiet hotel.

For the price this was not the best it could be. Free breakfast but seriously the state of people coming down for breakfast barely clothed and shoeless. The breakfast was all sugar and processed. The room was fine but shop worn.

Great stay for a wedding down the street… continental breakfast was a little underwhelming but other than that no complaints

We stayed 4 nights and chose this hotel because of the breakfast, pool, and hot tub. The hot tub was closed for our last 2 days. Very disappointed.
