Room was dirty when we checked in. The staff was very rude and not at all welcoming. When we asked for another towel, they said they already provided 2 and they were out of towels. Their breakfast consisted of twinkies, chocolate cupcakes and stale fruit loops with expired milk. 100% would not recommend staying at this hotel!

Room was not clean

Room was clean, but the sheets were dirty. Called and they quickly came and changed them out. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and the hotel is very outdated. Its more like a hotel/motel as they have rooms inside and outside. Didn't feel all that safe, so do not recommend single ladies staying here. I guess you get what you paid for...wont make that mistake again

So, my mother and I chose this location because the reviews I had read on Expedia seemed to be overall good, especially for a summer weekend, the location, and the fact it was Fathers Day weekend. Every 5 steps we took in the room would turn the soles of our feet deep brown. The bottoms of my feet don't get even that stained and dirty walking outside at my home barefoot that quickly. Also, we had put the "do not disturb" sign on our door. We came back to find the vast majority of our room untouched except some fresh towels and soaps. We contacted the front desk after we discovered that the jewelry my mother had left on the bedside table was missing. The front desk said no one had gone into our room, so we got the New Braunfels police to the location. Upon review of the camera footage, ALL THREE housekeeping staff had gone into our room. Does it take 3 people to just bring in some towels and little soap bottles? Absolutely not, especially when the rest of the room was untouched. My mother's jewelry was stolen. She had made it known that she would not prosecute if the jewelry was returned, but none of the staff owned up to it. It was a true violation of privacy and theft. There was an absolutely bad and strong smell of jazz cabbage that permeated the halls. I don't care if someone wants to smoke, that's their personal choice, but I had my children with me. For whatever reason, there was a walmart shopping cart being used there as well.

Great rate for a single night. Convenient location. Mostly clean. Room was clean with the exception of the floor. Definitely needs a mopping. Otherwise legit for the price. 4/5 Stars

The bed was very comfortable and clean. But lots of things were dirty here. Even saw some blood on the wall. :/ Lots of potential here with a deep clean.

Older hotel with some remodeling. Room, linens, bath and parking were clean, air/heater worked well and staff was friendly and responsive. The room coffee pods and breakfast area pot at the front desk was warm, weak flavor and not to our taste so that was the only negative feature for us. Otherwise we found it to be very affordable and a comfortable stay.

The front desk agent was very polite and helpful. The issue I had was with the room the light fixture didn't work. Only the bathroom light worked and the ac did not work aswell. The door didnt close properly their was a big enough gap that anyone passing by could see into the room.

Floors looked like they never been swept or mopped! Online said queen they were full size felt like a twin size been very uncomfortable!!! The bedding was not changed they just fixed it found hair and crumbs on bed! Bathroom is nasty!

This room was not cleaned before we showed up. The person before had left the key to the room, a work hat and a broken house key in the room. The desk chair was soiled in unknown substance. The door knob on the front door and bathroom door are broken. I called and complained to no reaction by the desk clerk. The microwave was filthy, pillow case and blanket were stained and looked dirty. I honestly am going to request a refund and file a complaint. It was terrible there

Very convenient and easy to get to. Had to request fresh sheets for an over two week stay. Towels were only changed once.
