The room was clean and the included buffet breakfast was great! Easy transportation by bus into the city.

Good breakfast

Staff were nice, breakfast was fabulous, location is poor in that there are no available dining places for an evening meal. The WIFI is woeful at best and the heating in my room only worked sporadically.

There is nothing about this hotel you would like. Stay away. Its not what you see in the picture. DIRTY,SMELLY, used to be old holiday inn express. Decor was poor, carpet was dirty, chait in restaurant is dirty and you dont feel like to sit on it. We had no water in the morning and whole of hotel had no water due to leakage in reception. When asked we been told by staff that our boss the owner dont care about customets and condition of yhe hotel. Please stay away. Im not sure company like expedia sell bookings for these type of hotel.

I would like to ask for my money back. I paid for 2 nights but after the first night we had to move to another hotel. Idea Hotel was extremely dirty, from lobby to the room. Bed and bed clothes were broken. A lot of noise from other rooms during the night. Terrible experience.

Veramente ottimo

The hotel is bit far from the city centre. I don't think It's in desirable place. But all stuff are nice, working hard. There is a big enough shopping centre 30min walk. Supermarket is right next to the hotel. The Breakfast was very nice.

I liked most the care of its staff, and it was easy to park.

The staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast was ok depends on the person eating it my kids liked it had a lot of little chocolate cakes. Had a pleasant stay

We love idea hotel Torino Mirafiori. This is our second stay in 3 years and we will always stay here each time we visit relatives in Turin. The rooms are clean, comfy, quiet. The breakfast is lovely just so much choice and the staff excellent. There is no other hotel than this one for us.

Hotel rooms and common areas are in need of an update. It was too hot in the room but the climate control didn't work. I was told to open the window. Poor breakfast. Internet is not password protected.

Not central but plenty of parking space. A bit outdated furniture, carpet floor and not fully clean. Poor breakfast options.

We have used this hotel one to two times a year(3 nights per stay) for the last twelve years. there is a good choice for breakfast, just two points the bacon needs to be crispy(my preference) and use real milk and not UHT good coffee spoilt.

convenient location, good service and accomodation

To start with at check in the guy didn't seem too friendly but I can get over that long day etc it happens When I got to the room and went to the bathroom I found unwanted small hairs on what's supposed to be clean sanitary toilet towels seemed as though someone had used it just before us. I got over that too and used everything else and all was clean and good. The bed is very comfortable to sleep in and the covers were so cosy I didnt wana get up however it was 2 single mattresses pushed together to make a double which can sometimes be annoying. Woke up next morning for breakfast which for me and my partner was horrendous the cakes were so bad the eggs the cornflakes and it was extremely limited I would never have breakfast there again even the juices weren't fresh nor were all the fruits. So all in all the hotel is something I would recommend if your looking for something cheap and cheerful and on city outskirts to just crash in after a long day like me. Breakfast I wouldn't do again and don't recommend either. Also they should invest in 1 or 2 international/English speaking channels on tv too. But service was good and hotel staff were friendly overall :)

The hotel is very easy to find, good value and the breakfasts are excellent. The down side in my stay was that the room was cold and the heating was either not working or did not make any difference. The lack of coffee/tea making facilities came as a surprise.
