The property met all my needs and expectations

Very nice

Sad to see the hotel being downgraded by the new ownership. The kitchen is very basic and lacking in essential items that used to be there under the previous owner. They have spent a lot on decor, but ignored essentials. Breakfast is now not worth having.

The room is really spacious n well furnished. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is great.

Great value for money. A family-friendly accommodation with free parking and facilities for kids. The gaming room provides a great fun for both children and adults.

Used underwear and sock found in the wardrobe, bed sheet not perfectly clean. Others are good.

Room was not in a good condition

Pros: Good location with free parking. Check in was quick. Its a coworking space with a gaming room. My kids absolute loved it. Huge common area you can chill out and grab a drink. Room was big enough for 3 persons. Cons: rooms allocated on the ground floor just right next to a bar table. People were drinking outside my room till 11:30. Difficult for me to get a sleep. Toilet was small and shabby. No air conditioning but it should be normal in France. It was abit hot if you sleep on the sofa bed. You can open the windows if you sleep in the double bed room.

It was perfect as a spot to watch all of the Olympic basketball games! The staff was very nice and accommodating, the breakfast was fantastic, as well as the ladies who worked in the kitchen and made the breakfast. French hospitality at its finest.

Quite and close to stadium

It felt like Motel 6 and there was a horrible smell in the rooms as soon as we walked in like someone died in it.

Close to stadium…walking distance

It's great for kids, mine wanted to go play in the commons area every minute we weren't sleeping/bathing/eating.

Great room space.

Only stayed for one night for Olympic event in Lille. Staff were very helpful. breakfast was amazing with a wide selection. Hotel was decorated for the Olympics but missing some countries flags 😆. We stayed in two hotels for this trip and this hotel was the best out of the two.

Bon hôtel, les chambres sont confortables et spacieuse. Le seul et gros problème, c'est le bruit infernal le matin dès 7h lors des réunions professionnels dans le hall. Le bruit est non stop et on entend les gens jusque dans les chambres. Il faudrait prévoir une salle pour leurs petit dej.

Easy access

Change of ownership seems to have reduced the quality of service. The hob and pans would not work as they had not been cleaned properly to work with induction. The hairdryer had been removed from the bathroom - had to go to reception to request a loan and told to return to reception. Breakfast was a very poor offering - no fresh baguettes, only over cooked petit pain etc etc. Toaster, but no sliced bread - very disappointing. Lots of money spent on decor, but at a cost to the quality of the experience.
