It was a good place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice

Good service

The hotel is comfortable with ample parking and good proximity to Warner Brothers and Universal Studios. We took a Lyft and it was $9 to Universal which saved $25 in parking costs. The breakfast was very minimal and a little disappointing but was included with the room price. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The gym and pool are both very small and one of the treadmills was out of order. The staff were all very friendly. The shower head was at kid level height so instead of spraying down, it sprayed straight at my face. Slow elevator.

Great stay, friendly and very helpful staff. Several place's to eat at, comfy beds. No charge for parking is awesome! Other hotels should learn from them. I can't think of anything negative to say.

cleaning service came during our three night stay twice , once at 3:15 pm and 4:15 pm. awful time for cleaning services. water pressure REALLY bad. I talked to frot desk about what time cleaning service would come to my room so I can make sure I'm gone . they didn't know they said. terrible.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. All staff members were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good enough. We had a good stay!

Our room had blood on the sheets and the front office staff only offered to being me new sheets. Nobody could come change them and no defund was possible as the manager did not answer. He said "You should have told me earlier, there is nothing I can do now'.

Stayed close by for universal studios park trip. Nice area, walk to food, and drive really quickly to more food. FREE parking in a garage. Nice clean and safe area.

The room was pretty big granted I paid for one with a couch an and king bed. The beds however had blood on the sheets. Towels were very limited. I had to keep ordering more through room service. I’m pretty sure the couch had bed bugs because after I sat on it I had these bites on my legs and had to go to the ER because it was getting worse. The shower bed was so dirty. I wanted to go to the pool but it was gross.

Great stay. Love having several eating options within walking distance. Dib at the front desk made the checking in process very pleasant.

Conveniently located and easy to get around town.

Room was very clean. Great & convenient parking. Great continental breakfast. Easy access to Universal studios. One suggestion is if they allow that breakfast area coffee machine accessible during the day times that would be awesome. Location is safe. I would recommend this if you are traveling with kids.

LOCATION WAS CONVENIENT THE SHOWER HEAD ARE VERY SMALL IN ORDER TO TAKE A SHOWER YOU MAST BE UNDER WATER COUPLE EXTRA HOURS .

Breakfast and parking very convenient

The hotel is ok. It’s an older hotel that needs updating. The breakfast is nominal. The pool is not heated and the water pressure is terrible. My husband had to bend down to stand under the shower. There are decent restaurants across the street.

Would recommend this place if you want to be near Warner Brothers Studio and Universal Stidios. Great places to eat within walking distance. Food good at Patys!!
