Rooms dirty. Carpets in public areas dirty. Bathroom smelt bad before and after use. All in all a very bad stay and probably the most in need of refurb hotel I have stayed in for a very long time.

A typical Ibis experience, which is a good thing.

Clean and slept well. However no kettle tea or coffee in the room

Tram transportation is just infront of the hotel.

Check in was very easy and staff very pleasant. Room available before check in time. Room was a good size and everything very modern. Bed comfort excellent as was bathroom facilities. Tram to town was easy to use although pricey.

I have been visiting this hotel for more than 15 years. the hotel is in a good area with a good size rooms a very nice breakfast and afriendly staff. the only thing, i hope they do some thing about the carpet in the rooms either cleaning the spots of coffee or change the carpet completely. i will always keep visiting this hotel and the area.

Hotel is not clean You can not find tissue in room

A good alternative to more costly hotels in Geneva, with easy transport links into the city.

the carpet is in need of real cleaning or complete replacment an arabic tv channel needed because i have met some arab client and they were surpriced that this hotel does not have one.

The price was reasonable. Easy access to Geneva via Tram No. 17 and No 12.

Thé rooms and bathrooms are of good and comfortable size, the staff is friendly. Parking at late night is a little challenging

It needs an urgent renovation
