Falta mantenimiento

The beach is nice and the food was good. Pool was dirty, garbage everywhere not enough staff. You had to wait half hour in line to get into the main restaurant to eat breakfast or dinner.

Staff members where nice, food was great but kids pools where dirty and not cleaned often, the room smell bad and at some point in the night it would smell like drainage.. room phone was not working well and even after 4 times telling them it never got fixed…

The property is very outdated. The ac unit was really loud. The rooms are outdated and were not very clean. The whole building had a smell. I went during rainy season so prepare for water drips everywhere. The food was not great at the buffet. The fruit was only thing I enjoyed at the buffet. I will say the reserved restaurants was better. The pools looked dirty. I don’t think they were cleaned.

Always something for the kids to do. Beach out back was really nice. Rooms are spacey but a bit outdated, especially in comparison to the other adjacent properties. Wouldn’t mind staying here again. Was able to save a few dollars by staying at this property. Staff were always helpful and nice. Loved the surrounding areas of Nuevo Vallarta, etc. All the food eaten at this resort was indeed delicious. Would recommend this resort for others as well!

The place it self needs renovations, specially in the rooms. Most of the staff is very nice and have great customer service, but the waiters for the Italian restaurant and the Mexican restaurant had an attitude and they were rude!

The pros: quiet property that is not overly crowded. Cons: we never had hot water while we were here and the pressure in the showers is quite low. The water was like warm, but never hot. The amenities are basic and the “Italian” restaurant was closed while we were there.

The staff are amazing! Everyone was very helpful, positive and energetic. Smokers were bad at leaving their butts on the beach. Expedia was terrible about not providing ground transport as part of the travel package. I won’t book a package with them again.

Very nice place and affordable

Samba Vallarta was an excellent choice for this trip to Puerta Vallarta. It was very cost effective for what we got.

The staff were excellent, super friendly. The hotel was clean and felt safe. The activity's they offered were great.

Staff was great and very helpful. Room was overall clean and staff tended to the room well each day, however bathroom tile, tub/shower, and sink areas were not in good condition. There is no effort to keep birds out of eating areas resulting in birds pecking at deserts and breads being served and customers being pooped on while dining!

The property is very well kept but certainly quite dated. The staff members were all excellent and very helpful. The food was okay but not exceptional by any means although there were lots of choices you could make. The buffet was definitely better than either of the two speciality restaurants. The entertainment was very good however the disco music at night was extremely loud and went very late. The pool and loungers around the pool were a stand out for such a small hotel. Although not perfect I would choose to stay there again.

Nice staff, very friendly, nice area, beach was nice, if you are looking for an affordable all inclusive, and don’t mind buffet dining, kid friendly, this is your place, I would probably not book the cheapest rooms, heard a lot of people upgrading their rooms, including us, balconies poolside is the way to go.

We have been using this resort for 25 years because it is small, quiet, great staff, and relaxing. Yes, the property is a bit dated but the rooms are fine and the beds comfortable. We will continue to take our winter vacations here because we are happy here!

The staff were wonderful, hotel is dated rooms and all need updating. I went with familiar members would be nice to have single traveller prices. Beach was excellent you could walk for miles. The conceriege was giving us trouble with late check out due to later flight, he wasnt very accomodating as information continuely changed
