The staff were really very accommodating and friendly. my only criticism: the air conditioning in my room 108 only worked very poorly.

Wonderful Hotel

We arrived and the gentleman at the front desk was less than warm at reception- didn’t provide us with any information about the hotel or surrounding area, did mot tell is how to get to our room or wifi, no one available to offer to help with luggage which included stairs. We were given a two floor room and the aircnditioner upstairs did not work amd it was too hot to sleep. The manager pointed To his black suit and said, I am not hot. The temperature that day was 37% Celsius. We left in the morning bit we had difficulty canceling a second night. The breakfast was sufficient but minimal and again the staff seemed almost depressed, like a funeral was occurring

It was a pleasant and unexpected surprise for a hotel near the Florence airport. The feeling was luxurious. I was given an unsolicited upgrade to the room. The view was picturesque. Breakfast was included and their restaurant area is just as luxurious. Everything went well except that the hotel holds events and that evening they had some event that involved loud music until very late. Sleepless night. There was no air conditioning in the hotel because it is not turned on until June, I was told. And I have to mention the wifi reception was weak, only being able to use it in a particular area the room. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect stay.

The room we booked was big. Bed was comfortable and the whole setup was clean and presentable. Very nice location to stay

The property is gorgeous. The staff is exceptional. The chef amazing!! Love it. Always have for many years!!

It’s a beautiful property and extremely well maintained. The staff in the restaurant were delightful! Everything about the hotel and property were amazing…except for the fact that it sits as an oasis in the middle of industrial buildings so there is nothing around to walk to!

We had a very late flight from Florence airport and rather than spend the day in the sweltering heat of the city with no cooling options, we booked a very cheap day at 500 Firenze so we could chill by the pool and shower before going to the airport nearby. What luck! The pool area is beautiful with comfortable beds and great drinks and snack service. The hotel itself is very well done with stylish common areas and comfortable rooms. If they provided a free shuttle bus to the centre of Florence, I think that this would be THE place to stay.

Posto davvero gradevole con ottimo ristorante poco fuori dall’autostrada A1. Camere spaziose con letto molto comodi. Unica nota è che di notte vengono spenti i condizionatori automaticamente e mi sono svegliata verso le 4 del mattina molto accaldata non potendo fare nulla e quindi sono rimasta più di un’ora sveglia nel letto :/

Hotel 500 is always a delight. The service is fabulous. This was the Christmas season and it was decorated more beautiful than ever!! We love this hotel for our business hotel. It just feels like home.

Had a very relaxing stay for two nights; well located to get to/from the airport. A short drive into Florence City also; be mindful of the ZTL!! Spacious and very clean rooms. Super swimming pool for summer sunshine. A very enjoyable stay

We stayed at Hotel Firenze for 5 days and it is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the beds very comfortable. The shower is powerful and lots of free toiletries, the moisturiser is especially good.The only thing missing from the room is a kettle, being a tea addict that would have been a plus. The restaurant is excellent with perfect service and food. The staff work very hard and nothing is too much trouble. The grounds around the hotel are all well maintained and there are plenty of little cosy seating areas all with lovely flower pots very pretty. The pool is great with plenty of comfy seats and sun beds around the pool. It’s Cold when you first enter the pool but so refreshing when it’s so hot. There is a lifeguard on duty from about 9.30 am - 8.30pm and he also provides towels. The pool is cleaned daily and is open from 10am to 8pm daily. The hotel really is great. The only problem, is a car would have been very handy, to get to Florence you have to take a train and although close to the hotel all the roads are not safe to walk on as there are no pavements so if you haven’t got a hire car you have to rely on taxis which cost between 22 - 30 euros depending on the time of day each way to the station. This can get expensive. So be aware car hire is sensible if deciding on this hotel. Don’t be put off by this as it really is a great place to stay. I was very sad leaving.

Wonderful hotel

Hotel 500 has always been our preferred business property in the Prato/Firenze area! It is a very beautiful property, fabulous service by people like Mateo, Marina, Danny and the rest of the staff. The maid service was impeccable!! We were there over 20 nights so we should know. Everyone was so helpful.

Everything is very nice and stylish. The only minus is that the pool staff (lifeguard) is very lazy. At 12 there were no sunbed ready nor umbrellas. Very disappointed to lay on raw firm sunbed.
