Not bad

4th July ... Noisy but the usual

The staff were wonderful. They made sweet tea and cookies every day. Great breakfast every morning. They Let our family play cards together in the breakfast room. The property does need to be updated. The vanity mirror outside the bathroom took over an hour for the fluorescent lights to come on.

My room stunk like stale cigarette smoke. The carpet was grimy looking and has snags. The bathroom floor was sticky and the toilet seat was chipped and peeling all over it.

Run down and beat-up. Dirty with pealing paint and stained carpet.

Couch was past due to be replaced as an older couple it was not usable to my wife. Otherwise the authorities the other furniture was ok. The staff all were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

It’s an ok place. Towel bar was pulled out of wall, toilet ran all the time. Good breakfast each day. Check in was ok. Desk person didn’t tell us what time breakfast was or that the pool was out of order. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked. No elevator so if carrying your luggage up a flight stairs will be hard, request a main floor room. Not sure if we will stay there again.

Wrong type room on checkin. Asked for correct room. Got another wrong! We needed a queen bed and got regular both times. Unsafe outdoor steps. Smoking right by front entrance.

Both the pool and hot tub did not work.

My room wasnt even fully clean. Really unfortunate i went with the best bang for my buck. I ended up renting a different hotel on top of this purchace just becquwe it was so dirty I didnt want to stay there anymore. The rooms smelt bad. I found clothes in my room, garbage, even weed left behind in the room. Not to mention I was staying with children. I wont be back.

Was given a jacuzzi suite even though i didn't ask for it. I didn't use it but it was there if i wanted to use it. Toilet was constantly running when i first got there but wouldn't fill the tank. Told the front desk & it was fixed when i got back to the room. Was fairly clean. Service when i first got there was very friendly. Others after that seemed bothered to be helping with anything.

The room and bathroom were clean, however the chair was ripped and looked dirty. Several of the tables had water damage. The breakfast was always hot and staff friendly. The one day maid service was offered, arranged and confirmed but never came. Convenient location especially for the hospital.

Everything about the property is wrong. Dirty, unsafe, beds dirty. I want a full refund!!!

I checked in with my two children. Soon entry there was open leftover food in the microwave that was foul smelling, along with a pair of underwear in what looked like an ice chiller. I could not keep my kids of myself in a room so filthy.
