The place is amazing to relax end enjoy the nature, we love the peace and forest area. Personal very attentive and friendly. We were about 1 mile to the cevic center Ubers very inexpensive. The food in the restaurant was excellent We highly recommend design suits

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was especially cozy, and we slept great each night. We also appreciated how quiet the hotel was, making it easy to unwind.

Staff was helpful and very attentive. Room was beautiful, incredible view! Breakfast was delicious and in a beautiful dining room. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

A wonderful hotel with incredible views, especially during breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful and always happy to provide recommendations. The suites were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was nice, half inside and half outside and very welcome after a day in the snow. The breakfast itself was very good and the staff was friendly and very accommodating with any special requests, (like ice for coffee). Should I ever return to Bariloche, would not hesitate to stay here again. Some VERY fond memories!!

Beautiful setting and wonderful room. Exceptionally large - and what a treat to have an in-room jacuzzi with an incredible view. Good gym too.

The bed sheets don't fit properly. The Air Con was noisy and than died and didn't work at all. The street is noisy and busy beside the room and you cant open a window for fresh air. There was lots of disinfectant spray everywhere which was over powering. I wish they would stop spaying that everywhere. It was making me sick. The Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok. The Spa and Saunas are not part of your room. You have to pay a large fee if you want to use them. Which amazed me considering how expensive it was to stay here. I didnt enjoy my stay here.

We had a great stay here! The view was incredible! We didn’t realize the room would be up the hill from the club house, so the shuttle they offer from the club house to the rooms was a great amenity! We didn’t see prior to our stay that the rooms didn’t have AC, but it wasn’t a problem for us at all! It was cool enough at night that we didn’t even notice, even in the summer. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Beautiful view, great hotel, our shower had a level issue with water stagnant, I don’t recommend the jacuzzi, but I totally recommend the hotel overall.

Absolutely beautiful place! We had a patio with a view of the water, so peaceful and beautiful. Rooms are nice, all employees are excellent and friendly. Would def come back!
