Nice hotel

Beautiful hotel with an excellent breakfast.

Really good, exactly what it says it will be. Big fan of popcorn machine 😂

House keeping was not perfect, every time they cleaned the room they forgot something, one day they forgot to clean the water glasses, another day forgot to refill the toilet papers and napkins, the third day they took the dorty spoon and didn't bring another one instead, they never brought new water bottles once the ones we had finished!

The hotel was nice but a bit far from the city centre!

The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful and we had a beautiful welcome gift in the room. They have a stunning outdoor patio to enjoy your welcome drink.

Away from hub-hub. Quiet. Clean. Beds are comfortable. Pillows are comfortable. Staff go out of their way to accommodate your request and/or answer questions. My wife our 2 kids and I LOVED it !! Wish we could stay longer. OBRIGADO

Sana Malhoa was great except that it was in an odd location, a bit outside the zone I intended to choose. My error perhaps. Very commerical, like office building feeling. Staff was AMAZING. So engaging, helpful, kind. Rooms were nothing to brag about but clean. They went above and beyond to accomodate us -- family of 7, 2 small children. PARENTS: The window open out and INEXPLICABLY, downward. One of the windows on the 3rd floor was unlocked and my 5 years old daughter honestly nearly fell out -- 6 stories (3 "-" floors below our floor). Other than that, loved it.
