Site agréable, très belle vue. Par contre, manque de rangements ou d'étagères surtout dans la salle de bain. 2 serviettes pour tout le séjour, cela fait très peu. Nous avons été obligé d'en racheter.

Accommodation was basic and functional. Well equipped apartment with everything we needed. Nice little balcony area. Overall property well maintained. If I have a small recommendation it would be to modernise the furnishings inside the apartment.

Le mobilier aurait besoin d'être changé. Sur l'offre la table était ronde et non collée au mûr (désagréable de Petit déjeuner face au mûr)

Appartement super, propre, bien décoré. Le personnel étaient accueillant et à l'écoute.

L’endroit est vieillot, pas au goût du jour. Les restos et épiceries se font difficilement à pied. Les aires communes sont propres tout comme la piscine ! Le studio pour 2 impliques de dormir sur le divan-lit et celui-ci est pas trop confo ! Dans l’ensemble c’est ok en fonction du prix. Personnellement je n’irais pas pour de long séjour. Il y a aussi la possibilité d’avoir le déjeuner sur place mais non inclus. Le choix etait plus qu’ordinaire pour le prix !

Propert is not well maintained. Furniture is from the 60s. Needs painting. Far from public transportation. Needs o be updated.

Good aspects: Short journey from the airport- Biarritz Good location to the beach Access to local buses to Biarritz and Bidart - ask at reception for free bus tickets valid for 24 hours No so good aspects: No local shops/ food stores Uncomfortable beds and pillows need changing No umbrellas around the pool area and no facilities to buy a drink No extras included on arrival- you will need to bring or buy everything including toilet rolls, tea towels, dish clothes. Only one hand towel provided for 2 adults and 2 bath towels only changed weekly including bed linen. On check out they check to see that the room has been cleaned otherwise you willl be charged !! No safe in the room No local taxis that are happy to go to the local supermarket Illbiarritz which is good long to walk with shopping.

Good overall apartment-style hotel for an extended stay. Hotel is fairly basic but rooms are spacious and front desk service is warm and accommodating. The hotel is about 500 yards from a nice beach, however when the tide comes in it is littered with garbage--although this is more a general trend in the region and in no way related to the hotel. The hotel is about 2.5 km from downtown Biarritz. It's an easy walk or bike ride. We would stay here again.

Room was not clean when arrived. For 4 people, there is a 2 seat sofa. There is no free wifi. There is no indoor tennis court. All very misleading. Guests expected to fully clean the apartment - not just the kitchen - on departure.

Det här stället hade sannolikt sina glansdagar för 20-25 år sedan. Det är inte i toppskick längre och känns förhållandevis öde. Läget är okej, stranden 5 min promenad bort är däremot toppen! Och Biarritz som stad är en väldigt trevlig pärla, med mysig stadskärna och mäktiga vyer längs havet. Återvänder gärna men väljer då ett annat boende.

Residence et chambre propre et agreable. Environnement proche plage sympathique. Point négatif : matelas du clic clac à changer, très inconfortable.

Tout est très bien. Petite remarque : un aspirateur serait plus confortable pour le ménage de fin de séjour.

le studio pour 4 est bien placé mais à notre arrivée poignée de porte fenêtre s'est cassée mais nous pouvions fermer et ouvrir la porte sans problème ; les chaises de la terrasse étaient sales mais le reste était convenable ,par contre pas d'éponge ou sopalin pour nettoyer table et vaisselle utilisée pour petit déjeuner ,à part cela tout était très correct
