Fresh food and staff was great

Staff very helpful particularly the manager who resolved an issue regarding my booking via Expedia staff asking fir his help.

Modern and elegant

The service level of the staff was exceptional. Food was very tasty. Beautiful property. Rooms were quiet and even though my room was across from the elevator did not hear any noise. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. They only had a washing gel, unlike most hotels that have a variety of products. Disappointed that the outdoor pool was not open until noon on the day of check out. When I had asked at check in they confirmed it was closed with no date given to reopen. I would have appreciated a communication about it opening. Did not use the spa services.

Clean room and close to the Avignon TGV train station.

The reception welcome and in particular Raphael. He is outstanding and deserves high recognition. He makes a huge difference to your hotel and needs retaining.

From the moment you enter you can feel the attention to detail in the decor and styling. The reception staff were lovely and the room was large, modern, well appointed and very comfortable. Very nice toiletries, too. The bathroom was separated with a curtain rather than a door, which was unexpected, but it did a good job of keeping the steam in when showering. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the station and were glad we did - it was only around a 10 minute walk or so. Highly recommend this hotel if you're catching an early train.

This newer hotel is very near the Avignon TGV train station, but not much else. There may be bus service into the Old Town (“inside the wall”), but we didn’t have easy information about it so we took Bolt ride shares into town for dining, etc. Restaurant is average for food quality and the staff were all very kind and hard-working, but seemed overly stretched and understaffed. Rooms were tight and sort of minimalist but adequate.

Very nice Hotel convent for the TGV

Very modern, clean and safe, only convenient for Avignon TGV, nothing nearby, no restaurants, shops, sites or entertainment nearby. Suggest hotel offers a shuttle service between hotel and Avignon TGV.

Great friend enjoy staff and a lovely hotel to stay in. Great easy parking so would definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Avignon when driving.

Lack of tea and coffee in room. Also whilst I appreciate we are in France maybe 1 or 2 English speaking TV channels could be considered. Your hotel is not alone all others stayed in only provided 1 at best and that being BBC. Restaurant menu limited

The bus to the old town is right on the front of the hotel, very convenient.

A pleasant surprise…cheerful staff, fun bar and dining area. We didn’t feel like going out for dinner, so enjoyed the entrecôte and swordfish, well prepared, at the hotel.

Too far from the TGV to walk with luggage. Should have booked a town centre one. Travellers beware.

Over all 4 star but toilet dirty not clean properly when we checked in also resturant Food quality very low poor frozen food charge expensive venison frozen dish chips also not home made also as soon as we ordered food within 3 minutes bring dish cold all frozen not fresh €29 venison chips €6 jonocci Italian cold frozen €16 very bad frozen service very poor

Love this hotel. 10 mins walk to the castle, if not less.

It was convenient to the TGV.
