The apartment was spacious and had all amenities required including ,microwave, kettle,cutlery and utensils and even a washing machine if needed . This was a great advantage as due to the stormy weather I couldn't venture out every day for lunch and or dinner with my kids so we bought essentials from the minimart attached to the hotel.The property is a little dated in furnishings etc but is well maintained and kept very clean with fresh towels almost daily and toiletries topped up . The breakfast was more than satisfactory and there was ample choice between hot and cold buffet with live station for eggs ,pancakes and waffles that kept the kids happy. There is a large heated indoor pool and jacuzzi,although we would have spent more time in the pool had it been a bit warmer. The games room has table tennis, pool table and a bar football table to spend some time .Have been to Sitges many times over the years but my first stay in this hotel, its a quiet location right on the sea front and a half hour walk to the main centre, cabs are easy to get but can cost almost 20€ one way which is steep IMO ,however the hotel has ample bikes offered gor free rental if you choose to be active and want to get the town straight road all the way . The staff are very friendly and helpful as and when required.

Beach access to property is difficult, no straight pathway.

We haven’t get WINE! Got AC issue. The room only reached 22°C, so I set it to 24°C, but it stayed below 23°C. Staff tried to help, but nothing changed, so they provided a blanket. The room is large and seems unable to handle outside air. The entrance faces outdoors, allowing outside air to enter from both sides.

I loved everything except there wasn’t enough anything in the room not enough towels not enough coffee sugar not enough anything and I don’t like the smaller beds I wish it was a king other than that great stay

Rented an ocean front room with a kitchen. Very nice and highly recommended! However, hotel management staff suddenly and without warning cut off the electricity to our room. This prevented us from using our kitchen while making breakfast and using the bathroom (no lights) for about 2 hours. Hotel manager was difficult to deal with and did not help us with our problem. He identified himself as sub director “M.M” and was rude and confrontational over a simple issue. Very unusual experience. However, the general staff at the hotel were good. Front clerks helpful and cleaning staff excellent.

Really nice location little bit outside From Barcelona city nice ocean view also good walking area hiking area they golfing place on the side good service staff is very friendly. I like the hotel we recommend.

The hotel is older but makes up for it in cleanliness, attention, and location. Price is fantastic. Would return.

Very clean and pleasant hotel w/ nice options for restaurants and swimming in the ocean or pool. Hotel staff and room services were great. The bikes were rather old and undersized for a taller person. Overall, I would recommend the hotel.

Beautiful views, and the property was clean and quiet. Would stay again for sure!

It’s a little tired and a real shame with the breakfast, great selection but the hot food was cold ( the hot plates didn’t work). On the first day, turned up 30 mins before breakfast ended and everything freezing, limited options as they didn’t replenish anything, churros rock hard and sausages undercooked. Second day went early and same again, the staff in the restaurant apologised and spoke to reception but said there is nothing they could do as no one else has complained… rude

Nice hotel but it is a little bit away from town centre. Buses were good though, at only €1.50.

Disappointing Stay at Sunway Playa Golf Hotel My recent stay at the Sunway Playa Golf Hotel was a letdown despite the friendly staff and well-presented general areas. The core issue was the rooms, which were extremely basic and showed heavy use, definitely not deserving of a four-star rating. My so-called Junior Suite was misleading. It was a one-bedroom apartment with a second bed squeezed into the living space. This meant there was no dedicated area to relax; the entire space felt cramped, and the small balcony was poorly furnished. The linens and towels were also below standard, with some towels being threadbare—unacceptable given the price. Facilities were equally worn. The indoor heated pool had missing tiles and a persistent scum line on the siding where guests had etched names, making the area look tired and dated. Location-wise, the hotel is a trek from town (the tourist train is an option), and it suffers from significant noise issues. Functions on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday blared loud music until 1 AM, preventing sleep. Even without the music, noise traveled easily from other rooms and from furniture scraping on the floors. While the staff are great, the overall experience—from the quality of the 'suites' to the noise and poor maintenance—means I cannot recommend this hotel. There are much better, quieter, and cheaper options in Sitges.

Pool was closed early in the evening. We wanted to use it around 7pm and it was closed already.
