Staff was helpful and polite, rooms were clean and the building itself was well maintained.

Central to everything, has its own parking with a fee, The room was clean, breakfast was great with lots of choices, but no fresh gluten free bread. We had bought some fresh GF bread in Aarhus, so we ate eggs and fruit at breakfast and had our bread upstairs in our room. Overall a great place to stay and would lightly recommend.

could not order food such as a sandwhich when we arrived and evening meal has to be pre booked. I think this should be flagged up. when you see a restaurant in a hotel you expect they can do food and light bites. nice staff good facilities. couyld do with a fan in the room, very hot on top floor

Generally very good but had to park down the road. I had asked for a parking space before the trip. Also, no USB charging points in the room. Plenty of unused sockets. Couldn't they switch one to a USB. But generally we really liked this hotel and the location was very convenient.

Stayed 2 nights. Reasonably comfortable, modern and spacious room, meriting its 4 star-rating. Pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent Scandi-breakfast offering a wide choice and a good start to the day. The hotel is very convenient for Randers Train Station (2 minutes walk) and only a 5/6 minutes walk into the centre of town. A bit pricey, but not a lot of choice in Randers.

Due to COVID, the restaurant was unfortunately closed. The pillows are pretty hard, the sheets are rough but hey - I survived.

Property is like an upgraded motel.

+ Very comfortable beds and pillows, neat cool temperature in the room. Large tv. - few parkingspots, could not reserve. - no cleaning of room during a 4 night stay, even if we asked after 2nd night

The rooms are modern, clean, but a bit on the smaller side. The breakfast buffet is a bit limited with food options, this could be to the current situation. They charge extra for a cappuccino. Parking is free, but very limited. Be sure to register your car with reception, otherwise you will be fined and the hotel cannot help you. I will not stay at this location again due to two factors. For one, there was no air conditioning in the room and overnight the room felt quite warm. Open a window you might say. Well that was the second problem. The hotel is next to a busy street. So opening the windows invited all the lovely sounds of automobiles passing by. I had to choose to either be in a hot room or a loud room. Not a choice one should expect when staying at a hotel.

The staff at the hotel were kind, friendly, and so helpful. They took care of every need and went above and beyond . Breakfast was great. We would stay here again.

Rooms were beautiful. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Included breakfast delicious. Scrambled eggs and bacon and bread especially good. Short walk to groceries and into old village with cafes and sights.

Gorgeous hotel! Very friendly service, beautifully renovated interior. The location was, on the other hand, not great. We overnighted on a hot night and had to have our windows open. I barely slept for the extremely active highway where busses and semi trailers barrelled past at high, room-shaking speeds all night right next to my windows and beautiful little french balcony. unfortunate because everything else about this place was really wonderful. My brother and sister in law had a perfect night on the opposite side of the building, so not really much one can do. Didn’t think to ask for a fan so I could keep everything closed, read in previous reviews that this might have been an option so might have made all the difference. Great breakfast, too!!

Overall i was happy with my stay although the disappointing thing was the lack of proper evening meal service on the weekend. If you wanted food you had to go out and find it yourself
