Staff very helpful and friendly for my son's special needs. Restaurant very good and extra care.

The room was average, people were very friendly and kind Didn’t like that they charge for PARKING!

Hidden fee alert: This property charges an extra $14 for parking. While that is mentioned in the Expedia listing it is downplayed and not obvious. Also, I’m not blaming the property, but someone broke into my car overnight and stole cash I had in the glove box. Be aware when you book.

Front desk staff charged us $95 instead of $80.45 which expedia said it was going to be. They wouldn't or couldn't give me an explanation. Instead said i need to contact expedia. Horrible customer service. Women at front desk seem like they dont have a clue about how to deal with customers. We will never ever stay at this property again nor will we recommend it to any one. We had to pay to park and weren't aware of that until we arrived at the property. We've never had to pay to park anywhere we've stayed. Worse hotel experience ever. Worst customer service ever. Expedia should never recommend this horrible property.

We were charged $14 for parking. Which we were unaware of until we were checking in. Also at that time we found out its $15 per person for breakfast. Staff seemed very unknowledgeable at check in.

Low online price, $15 each for breakfast, $15 for guest parking, $20 for trucks.

Overall good, but Wi-Fi keeps dropping and slows down pretty often, had lo log-in and out to be able to use it.

$14 a night for parking, $15 a person for breakfast, nothing on their menu was under $10 except the kids food, and our food came cold, and tasted frozen still. The staff you have to call when you need them at the desk. There's no daily room service, though that was fine for us personally. Overall everything was clean and very nice, the pool was lovely, the rooms are lovely and spacious! Bathrooms were very nice, and clean!

Nice hotel but it was like flying Frontier...they charge $14 to park & no free breakfast. They also have the hardest pillows I've ever tried to sleep on. Really nice place but bring your own pillow.

Be warned they have a parking fee. There is absolutely no need for an additional parking fee this was a risk town no parking issues. It’s just a hidden fee to charge more than the show on the app.

$14 for parking is an insult to your customers

I would have given 4 stars if they didn’t charge for parking. Usually, one pays for parking in dense cities or resort towns. This hotel is in a semi-rural area. It was listed on Expedia, but I am not used to having to look for that. I’d feel it’s the hotels way to be sneaky. They advertise the room for an inexpensive rate to reel you in. It must not be what they can afford to charge, so they then get the rest when you arrive and charge you for parking. They really should just charge what they need to and ditch the parking fee. It left me feeling sour. Because of that, I will not stay there again.
