The hotel was very nice and overall good. However when they changed the sheets the next day, my pillow had a stain on it. Didnt want to cause a fuss though so i didnt say anythjng. A bit disappointing that you have to pay extra for the pool but the room was very nice ans had good privacy. The keycard is a bit hard to use and the bed is super super hard as well as the pillow. Overall the room was clean and there was a safe and a minifridge in the room so that was good.

It is central and close to transport links. But swimming pool facilities are not included in room price. Which were not stated on the hotel listing before booking.

The hotel situated in a good location, walking distance to castle, museum, local bars and town. Definitely go for the room with the jacuzzi you will not be disappointed. The front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable..Breakfast was fine. I will definitely stay here again when back in the Brescia area. Mske sure you go to the Musedo Di Santa Giulia and The Capitolium.

Good stay overall. However: Very MISLEADING statements on the website and Expedia and even in the hotel regarding the onsite pool and jacuzzi. It was promoted as included, but you have to pay an extra 20 euros and book a "spa experience" hour. Not cool.

It’s okay

I have to travel a lot, and I can really say that this was a wonderful stay - I can't think of a single problem. The breakfast was very nice, the staff were very supportive and attentive when I needed things (printed or little things like scissors). The room was very clean. It really didn't matter that the staff left at 5pm, because any time I needed something, I could text, and the atmosphere was very warm. Lidia was great. I will come again for sure.

I really like friendliness of the staff, the room is very cozy with all the comforts. Highly recommended, only 5 min walking to the subway

Fantastic location on the edge of town. Would be good if had you needed a car. City center is quick train or bus ride.

Some of the hotel is a little dated, but considering what I paid, I thought it was excellent value for money. Breakfast was available for only 5 euros, and represented excellent value considering the choices of food and drinks available. I would stay here again.

Staff very friendly but room a little disappointing Hot water was random and the carpets were stained, Random noises from water pipes kept us awake but overall the friendliness of the staff made up for the minor issues

Nice hotel near the city centre.

Although we stay at this hotel when we are in Brescia, we had a very bad experience this time. My wife forgot her earrings in the room safe after taking our valuables. We contacted the hotel on the same day we checked-out and Italian friends also called for that matter. They claimed they did not find it. Apart from being expensive, the earrings have sentimental value. The room is accessible by a chip card. So, they should know who accessed the room after we have departed. I was very much disappointed by the way the management handled this matter. They were not serious in attending to my request. I will not stay at this hotel in the future as I no longer trust that my belongings would be safe.
