The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

When we got there, they gave us someone else's room. The first night, we kept waking up from the heat as the air conditioning could not keep up to the demand in that part of the hotel. They changed our room the next day instead of trying to fix it. When they moved our belongings, the threw out all of our refrigerated goods. When we gave them the bill, they paid it but were not happy that we replenished our water. The last room was much better, but the sink did not retain water well, so it leaked all over the floor. Most of the staff were nice. Others didn't care.

Television service was not user friendly, and did not provide English options. All other aspects were very good.

The hotel is very nice and clean and well decorated. Staffs are so friendly. Breakfast is beyond the expectation.

Great staff , nice hotel, good parking and great breakfast although we are all still scared of Covid so no buffet. The air conditioning did not work in the room. It’s needs it. Very hot at night. I mentioned this to the staff

The listing indicated the hotel had an airport shuttle which was the main reason for choosing the hotel. However, when we arrived, there was no shuttle and our family had to take two taxis to the airport. The hotel and staff and dining were all nice, just no shuttle.
