The building was being renovated. The lobby and elevator were dated but our hotel room floor was renovated and clean. Our room was a little small to accommodate the two queen beds and chair (little room to open the closet) but otherwise a good room.

Great location. Biggest disappointment is the coffee, only from coffee urns, one would expect a possibility brew your own espresso at breakfast. Breakfast could use a little more variety, croissants, some cheese.

Clean room and the staff are friendly..

Menu was fresh daily; staff in dining area efficient, front desk staff efficient, polite and friendly. Cleaning lady did not change sheets sonwe opted out of housekeeping. Tipping was not an option in this case.

Great breakfast options, I especially enjoyed the fruit salad and veggie omelette. The location is amazing, just 2–10 minutes walking distance to major attractions, downtown pubs, water taxis, and more. The property is a little dated, but the rooms were very clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Excellent value for money and highly recommended!

We had a great stay, with the breakfast probably being the highlight of the stay. Everyday there were different offerings for hot items such as eggs, potatoes and protein. The breakfast staff were very attentive and everything was always stocked. Best continental breakfast we have ever had af a hotel. Our room was clean and was everything we needed for our stay. The location was great for being near the harbour/downtown. The hotel is right along a street lined with cherry blossoms which was a pleasant surprise. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

The location of this hotel is the best! It is a solid 3 star property . The room was very small but had 2 queens so there was little room to move. Breakfast was good and not so good depending on what you selected. The selection was good.

The staff in the breakfast area were excellent! Especially Sharon and Cesar! They were kind and helpful and induldged me when I practiced my spanish with them!!

Embassy Inn Hotel is very conveniently located downtown Victoria. No need for a car as everything you need is walking distance, great breakfast included, friendly and helpful staff, nice lounge couch area to relax in lobby with games and puzzles, large rooms some with kitchenette.

Our room had just been renovated and it looks like the place is getting all new carpets, paint, etc. Older hotel but once done will be well updated and the location is very good.

Yes the breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly. The room was dusty but good. Very comfortable beds.

Room was great and heating worked well. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choices and were different on the second morning and done was overseeing all the hot and cold trays to make sure they remained stocked.

The breakfast variety was good. Fruit bowl was excellent. A few more healthy option would make it better (ie. plain Greek yogurt).
