Huge rooms.

Bit disappointed. Received an E Mail at 1.30pm on my way to the Motel advising that I had to use a pin number for my room. This was a bit late as luckily, I have my E Mails on my phone. When I arrived, there was no one at reception (3.00 pm in the afternoon) and didn't see any staff the 3 days that I was there. Room was good but a bit dated. Parking was also unusual as there didn't seem to be enough for all of the units.

The rooms here are well maintained, I’ve stayed a few times.

Great location and very convenient for a short stay. It’s within walking distance to a range of restaurants, and having McDonald’s, Coles and Big W nearby made everything really easy. The beds were comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. However, the room itself felt quite run down and had a noticeable “old” smell. Cleanliness could definitely be improved as there was visible dust build-up and even some lolly wrappers left in the corners. Overall, a convenient spot in terms of location, but the rooms would benefit from a refresh and more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning.

Bad service

I tried to contact them by email on the17 th to change the booking to the 10 th and 11th they didn’t respond and they won’t refund money either very poor service would not recommend to anyone BA D service

Clean room, spacious. Was handy having the adjoining door leading to the 3 single beds for the kids.

Value for money. Big rooms were comfortable. Hotel is walking distance to the main market

When on bottom floor, a lot of nose can be heard from the rooms above.

Laundry and indoor heated swimming pool on site. Friendly staff. Smooth check-in and communication

IThe room was old and musty. Very worn and shabby. The room smelt funny and the stair way smelt of cigarette smoke. Did not feel safe walking in the area during the late afternoon. We did not end up staying the night as the condition of the room was questionable and we didnt feel safe.
