Me and my girls were there for a softball tournament. Location wasn’t too far from the fields. Great location with lots of things and places to eat in surrounding area. The girls and I were absolutely happy with our stay and will stay again if ever back at this softball facility to play.

They need maintenance as well as spraying for roaches. Very discusting

Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

The room was great, very quite, and easy for walking the pups. The only thing that we dont like at this point even during christmas travels is the pet deposit has not been returned after our stay, office staff said that after they clean the room the deposit would be returned.

Nice, conveniently close to I-40

Hotel is clean and quiet the owners are nice I prefer to stay here and drive into Oklahoma City to take my daughter to the hospital versus staying minutes from the hospital Where you see very unsavory things going on! I’ve stayed here in Shawnee over 10 times!

The room was gross, blanket had stains and from what I can tell wasn’t cleaned properly.

Room was clean but didn't like being on 2nd floor also the dining area is to small and ice refill is in a sketchy area

Had to slam the room door shut or it wouldn't latch making the door impossible to close

Clean room with obvious renovations. Nice flooring and modern furnishings. The "breakfast" was disappointing. Cereal dispenser was empty on one side for 2 days. There was white bread for toast, milk and OJ in a small frig, and a few apples. It remained the same for the 2 days of my stay.

broken furniture in unit, entry door not sealing bath door huge drywall patch with mismatched paint staff attempted to steal 50 dollars from me. never stay there again.

The outside of the facility stunk so bad! Trash cans that they had outside on upper level for us to use stunk horribly as well. They gave you a list of tv channels to go off of. But only 1 freaking channel worked. Asked for 2 extra pillows and a blanket, they claimed they had no extras. What hotel doesn't have extra pillows and blankets? We will never return!!!

Bed was comfortable, they gave us extra coffee packets when we asked but breakfast was scimpy and only until 9 am.

Delayed checkin. Roaches — 2 seen and fleas

The rooms were not clean ,dryer was out of sevice,iron was not there 3 light bulbs gone they brought one ,got the room because they offered smoking rooms ,went to gets keys they said they had no smoking rooms told them i booked for 7 days there for that reason,then next day they gave us a smoking room,just as dirty as fi Dr st room ,towels stained nasty sheets stained holes in comforter,will never book there ever again and it makes me question wwhat you offer first time i used expedia not good experience

Only reason not terrible was new floor and shower in room. The room smelled horrible. Specifically asked for at least one of two rooms to be on ground floor days before check-in. My 82 year old mother had to go up and down stairs multiple times. The hotel workers were utterly indifferent to any of my concerns. Will never go back there or any other Super 8.
