Leaking roof in room from air conditioner. The floor was covered in water. Had to change rooms and for reasons unknown the new room was 30° even with the heating off...!! i couldnt get the air con to work... After moving once i had no more energy to complain again... the technician that helped and the staff are very friendly but overall it was more stress than relaxation. It did not meet my expectations.

It was a very nice hotel, a good breakfast and a rooftop restaurant.

Very nice hotel, here for England vs Switzerland Euros game, accommodating when I requested early check-in, Swiss football team stayed here the night before, spacious room, everything very good.

Booked this hotel for the sky bar stayed two nights sky bar shut both nights really disappointing complained we should have been told in advance

The bathroom has a bath and it is very dangerous to go in and out. Bathroom is small Queue to check out, something that I never seen. Instant coffee that is no comparison with other hotel that give nesspresso, vending machine unable to take cards Really hard to get just a coffee in the morning

Check out ridiculous long, parking paymachine did not work, breakfast was ok, hotel was a zoo with amount of people

there is no shopping near by, for. ex. looked for a farmacy. And transportation takes time to get to the Altstadt and Messe.

These guys were just incredible. There was a mix up with the booking that could have cost me thousands of dollars and they treated me in the most sympathetic way possible. If this can be done during their busiest week of the year, then anything is possible. I can not commend the staff highly enough. I will always stay here when in Dusseldorf

Great value rooms and a nice ambience.

Some of the rooms are old and some are new. The pictures show the new rooms only thus the normal price is for the old rooms but you do not know it till you get the room.
