Clean room| Quiet rooms and amazing showers with great pressure and clean, Comfy bed and lots of space to hang out

Disgusting and unclean

We came late and the check in process was smooth even with the parking since Valet closes early. The rooms were clean, however we noticed the room beside us was a conjoining room, the door was locked but you can hear everything through the walls other than this issue - it was great.

Smells amazing when you walk in. Allowed us to check in early. Valet was super helpful. Everything was amazing.

I didn't like the parking rules, you can't take control of your car. I know this is valet parking but its frustrating. Bed corner frames are so dangerous, and hurt your feet so bad if you're not careful. Other than these 2 issues, we had a happy stay, clean and well maintained, good location also

No optional tea in the room. Only 2 Nespresso pods which didn't suit us. Body wash in shower was empty all 4 days despite notifying reception. Buffet breakfast was OK Reception & entrance staff were very nice & helpful. The attached, (separate?)cafe was excellent for fresh croissants, special coffee and tea.

Staff are amazingly friendly. Room was very clean, modern. Beds comfortable. Blackout curtains. Great cafe on the other corner of Sherbrooke. All around great stay. Will stay again if ever back in Montreal!

Excellent hotel, smells fantastic and was really clean. We found it central to cafes, shops, and close enough to downtown

Very clean hotel in a vibrant and interesting neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, Mont Royal, shopping, Metro and McGill. Old Montreal is within walking distance as well. Courteous friendly staff. I have stayed here 3 times in 4 months and always had a great stay. Highly recommend

Room was clean and staff were nice I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment I believe the hotel had a car park . Situated in central zone .spacious rooms.
