What a wonderful experience! The room was beautiful and well appointed with its own balcony overlooking the courtyard. The location was perfect. I stayed at this property for two weeks (one for vacation and one for work) and was very comfortable for the duration of my stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend!

The staff were amazing. Everyone. Concierge by Sebastian was on-point everytime. Great food (the best steak of my life), local destinations and getting around the city recommendations. The whole team made the week special. Thank you Hotel Madero. We will be back!!!

I liked the location of the hotel - plenty of nearby eating options. The room , while clean, showed quite a bit of wear and tear. The room would get quite chilly in the morning but there was not a way to turn the heat on; the heat had not yet been turned on in the building.

The hotel and staff are excellent the food is fresh tasty grand buffet for breakfast.We greatly appreciate Puerto Madero for pleasant and safe stay!

This was close to the cruise terminal so we booked. The elevators were a problem during peak hours and the power went off a couple of times but not for long.

A modern hotel with a large room. Staff were friendly. We took advantage of the rooftop hot tub and the sauna. Great walking from the hotel. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. A four star review because the bathroom needs some updating. Please provide better hair dryers. We were awoken twice in the night by partiers outside the hotel - even though it was Sunday night and raining!

The room was an old modern style. Very dated. It was called an executive suite. The sofa and (one) chair were not comfortable. The colors were dark. Very few electrical outlets. Cocktails and bottled water expensive. The bathrooms need updating. The breakfast buffet was fine, but the tables and chairs were so low, it was difficult to get up. There were always 4-5 security guards standing around, staring at people. They were intimidating. It seemed excessive.

the staff spoke poor english. were not helpful at all with anything in terms of assistance with needing some urgent. also the laundry is RIDICULOUSLY expensive

One of the very best hotels in BA. Great area😊
