Front desk staff was rude.

I really liked the location of this hotel. It was in a perfect area to enjoy the many sites of St. Augustine. The room was clean, the a/c was awesome, the beds were comfortable. I do have a few dislikes. The floor I was on was getting the carpets clean, which im sure was needed, however, the hoses were stretched down the hallway and made it hazardous to walk thru the hallway. It was loud and we couldn't rest due to some alarm on the machine going off for over an hour. The hallway was very muggie and wet feeling and it had a musty oder that wafted into our room. My Aunt, who needs assistance to walk almost slipped and fell when going into the elevator on a tiled floor from the wet carpet. Thank goodness she had a good hold on her walker. The room did not have a coffee pot as advertised and there was no microwave in the room. We had to go downstairs to heat up our food. I understand that parking is limited, but $25 a night is ridiculous to be able to park my car. The pool was very small, but clean and cool after a hot day of walking. For a Hilton property, I expected better.

Terrible experience just in lobby for check in. Worker was extremely disrespectful and not helpful.

Not what I expected from a Hilton property. The room was damp and musty. There were other people hair in the sink.

We made the reservation through hotels.com. on their website it shows parking st $15 + tax but when we checked in we were charged $27.88 including tax. Not sure whether it is your error or there's for this discrepancy. We were not happy about this; more the principle than the cost. It needs to be rectified.

The clerk couldn't find our reservation and was clueless how to run the computer. Told me to call Expedia myself to make corrections. My family waited in the lobby for 3 hours while I was on the phone with all of the other guests she couldn't assist as well. Terrible experience. Will never go back.

Clean quality room

The location is good. It was clean but was very basic. Had a motel feel. There’s a $25 a night parking fee and breakfast also had a few packaged items, hard boiled eggs and bagels. Really not substantial but if you like those kinds of items, it works.

My stay for our Honeymoon was perfect! Pool hot tub and quiet room. Everything was within walking distance. Great staff!

There’s no WiFi here. I asked the 2 Jamaican ladies working in the front and they were no helpful at all. I explained I’m working and need WiFi in order to log in on my laptop and work and they just went in about their business. Super unprofessional and definitely will not be back here.

The room did not feel clean. Had an awful smell. Great location though.

Carpet in hallway was very dirty with stains. AC in the hallway wasn’t working and they didn’t even bother to fix it.

For a Hilton brand hotel, it was surprisingly average. The breakfast was very limited, there was no coffee maker or microwave in our room, and the one person staffing the building didnt seem interested in answering and questions.

Best thing was location to trolly service. We were led to believe it was a new hotel. It was "new to the Hilton family" but an old property.

After having read quite a few negative reviews of this place we were second guessing our choice but decided to take a chance and form our own opinion, and let's just say....we're glad we did! Contrary to the complaints of others, the front service staff was friendly upon both check in and check out. We were only staying the one night and had plenty of towels and a shower curtain that others said were missing. The room and bathroom were very clean with no wet floors or musty odor as others have spoke of. While there was indeed no AC in the hallways it didn't bother us as it was plenty cold inside our room which is more important to us anyway. There was a nice TV and contrary to what others stated the bed and pillows were actually really comfortable. The elevator was working during our stay but it was a bit slow but I have patience. We didn't use the pool so I can't speak for how that area was. Also,and I'm so grateful, there was hot water!! so many reviews stated there wasn't but it got super hot and fast too. As for the breakfast and people who were complaining about the lack of options, I could care less. It's a free hotel breakfast and I wasn't expecting much. Besides, the hotel is located in the heart of the historic district where there's tons of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So I don't know, did we just get extremely lucky or are people just a little too nit picky? All I can say is form your own opinion. We enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.

This hotel is perfect. The girl that checked us in Tamila (?) was super sweet and helpful. Location is great, rooms were great and all very clean. Highly recommend!

We loved that the property felt was a little smaller to fit into the old town district. Very pleasant staff and easy to get everywhere.

Close walk to St George Street and attractions. Clean, comfortable and quite.
