Nice pool

The front desk supervisor was not courteous. He insisted in assigning a room on the ground floor even though my profile specifically requested otherwise. The room had no working phone so I had to walk back to the front desk to complain about the bug that I found in my room. He then insisted that someone check that there was a bug. When they confirmed the bug at least two other rooms on the higher floors were available shortly after being told no rooms were available on the higher floors. He never apologized this was the lowest level of service ever experienced at a Marriott property.

The property was convenient to where we wanted to be abd the room (102) was spacious and very clean. Also, the fact that complimentary parking was available which is greatly appreciated for sure. What was a bit of a downer was the breakfast area. While the area itself is huge, there seemed to be a shortage of tables to accommodate the registered guests when they arrived for breakfast.

EV charging stations available. Nice small gym. Large pool with separate hot tub. My adult son was with us so we chose the suite. Unfortunately the sofa bed provided had a very thin and uncomfortable mattress. Breakfast had expected variety, and all items were topped up promptly.

Excellent and comfortable stay here. Nice fully equiped room and secure area. Highly recommend it.

The rooms were nice and big

Great location for a short stay. Being close to the Go train was the reason I booked it. Would definitely stay again.

Front desk very friendly

One of the staff was very unprofessional and refused to talk to us when we were having a disagreement. She was talking about us infront of us with her coworker. Her coworker was nice but I would never go back.

We enjoyed our stay the rooms n entire place was clean breakfast was good n had selection. Staff friendly was close to a lot of places. Rooms were great!

I enjoyed the breakfast. Coffee is out all day. It had ran out so I asked for more. Not even a min later they had brought out the new one. Would recommend.

My stay was for 6 nights. Upon check-in I was given a sheet which told me that persons staying longer than 3 nights would have their room cleaned every other day. Checking in Thursday, my room was cleaned on Saturday. That was the last cleaning. I had to go to the front desk for clean towels and toiletries. I do not blame the cleaning staff, I blame whoever screwed up the computer entry of the dates I stayed. Not impressed.
