The location is close to the airport and they have a shuttle. There are some restaurants and stores within walking distance. There was a vast array of items for breakfast. The room was clean, no complaints there. The shuttle to the cruise port was convenient.

The stay was ok if the sewer smell that was coming from bathroom shower drain .

They canceled our reservation the day of our stay and wouldn’t give a reason just said it was canceled. Great to find out when you’ve been flying all day.

Great location

Clean overall, however there was a smell of urine on the entire 5th floor and in our room. The food was ok, but staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was what we would expect it to be. Friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities.The breakfast was convenient and had plenty of variety which made it nice so we didn’t have to get out to eat! We also liked the location as it was near both the airport and the cruise port!

We usually stay at a holiday inn and don’t have any problems. We chose this hotel because it was close to the port and they had transportation from the airport. We waiting 40minutes to get to the hotel. 2 vans that went to holiday inn turned us away because we were at the holiday inn that they didn’t go to. The 3rd holiday inn did take us to the hotel. At the hotel, the key card didn’t work at the door. It took 2 different key cards and finally they had to change the batteries in the lock. After a 6am flight, and waiting an additional 40minutes at the airport, we were just wanting to get into our room!
