The room was comfortable. Things they need to improve. -No Ice anywhere -smell in room was not pleasant -need upgrade -there was writing on the couch which made the place look dirty But, the staff in breakfast was great!

The staff were very courteous but room later during the day started with a humidity odor. And they use to have the shuttle which I have used everytime I had gone previously but no they mentioned they didn't have it..

My reservation was very easy. I got early and the room was ready. Staff was very courteous.

The room was dirty and the bathroom smells bad

El cuarto olía a cigarro, apestaba. Tuvieron que instalar un ION machine. Horrible!

Ser mas empaticos con las personas y tal vez dar descuento o algun incentivo.. el check-in era a las 3pm y mamá venia de una cirugia y tuvimos que esperar una hora porque la habitacion no estaba lista....

La habitación estaba súper limpia, todo el personal era fenomenalmente amable y servicial.

The staff was rude and we weren’t able to stay there because we had to arrive by 6pm. I do not understand what the point of making a reservation is if our room would be given to another person. I had until November 14th to cancel and if I didn’t cancel it, it was for a reason. I did not receive an email or a call saying that my reservation would be cancelled. Very unsatisfied.
