Very friendly and helpful staff. Room clean and looks freshly renovated. Great location.

Enchanting area. Very clean and safe.

Only issue we really had was with parking and charging electric car. As we were on holiday we had a roofbox on. Although I did reserve a parking spot, I was not informed about a 1.85 Metre height restriction on the parking. We had to find our own parking and could not charge our car overnight.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were really friendly, family room on 5th floor with a sea view was fantastic! Beach, restaurants, coffee shops etc. were just a few steps away. Would definitely recommend!

Really helpful friendly staff, excellent proximity to the beach and 15 minute walk into walled city area. We were given a very early check in, as our room was ready on arrival in the morning. Nice quiet room with sea view, so couldn’t be happier with our stay!

Loft room was great for the kids. Beach across the road. 15 min walk to Intramuros. Street parking is free. Breakfast was wonderful especially the Malo yoghurt. Could do with a bar fridge and more storage. The mirror/wardrobe was awkward. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location close to the beach. Walking distance to old town. We were able to upgrade our room, had a sea view. Could also see the old town. Room very clean, spacious. Just needed a fridge to keep drinks like water cold. Would recommend staying at this hotel.

Only negative thing is the pressure on car parking which is a huge problem in St.Malo.

We stayed on the fifth (top) floor with a nice view of the ocean across the street. It’s within walking distance to the downtown and many restaurants. The breakfast was diverse and sufficient, the room was clean. The bathroom was small but not the smallest in Europe. Our daughter had the loft which had two singles and room for luggage and clothes. Although the stairs are closer to being a ladder. The parking in the underground was really really tight and required a lot of maneuvering and neighborly consideration and caution to avoid denting vehicles.

Very nice hotel. Good location, clean room, good breakfast. Were in back part of hotel so no view of water for us, but lounge and breakfast area had good views. If you must have the views, paythe extra and I'm they would be great.

Long wait at unattended desk for check-in. Very difficult car park with very narrow spaces. Otherwise good, comfortable, clean room and varied breakfast buffet.

Looks much better in the pictures, we had a family room and it was tiny, we had trouble moving about, no space to put luggage and the stairs very steep

The hotel was nice and it is within a walkable distance from the old town. It is near the beach and various restaurants l. The staff was friendly and hotel was clean. The only problem is that the hotel says it offers parking. When we arrived there, the hotel staff said the parking is full. When i told her that it listed on the website offers parking and her response is “it is always full in August!” If that is the case, don’t bother to say it is available.
