Walking in the front entrance had a musty mold smell. When I arrived at my room it had stained sheets and there was hair on the bed. Walls and trim were in poor condition and the hallway had the musty smell as well. When I requested a refund the attendant tried to offer me to switch rooms but at that point I was too disgusted. I left and was able to find a better place to stay. I would have sooner slept in my car than there.

Well, were do I begin. The hotel needs a lot of improvements. The rooms was clean but needs to be updated. There were a lot of water stains and the bathroom needed to be renovated professionally. I had an issue with my room and they accommodated me right away. The room they put me in the door was damage and needed to be repaired. I forgot to take a picture. No one should have been assigned that room. The breakfast was ok I have had better. The usual waffles, coffee, yogurt, cereal and premade breakfast sandwiches. The customer service was good. The nice woman that checked us in was lovely. Will I ever stay there again? No!

The Quality Inn is a nice place. The staff are responsive and friendly. Things to take note of if you eat continental breakfast, you will need to request staff to turn the heat on if the space is cold. They typically do not have it or the television on. Folks walking around with their coats or hoodies meanwhile, they return to their rooms. Plus, my relatives did not have hot water in their rooms. The 2 couples had to be moved because the water was bone cold. Lastly, the original room that my husband and I stayed in was more like a large hotel room rather than a suite. We were moved due to the malfunctioning jacuzzi; I was so appreciative. I am sure they are aware of some of the things going on with their facility but looking to cut cost or the facility is not pulling in enough money to make necessary repairs. Either way, it was an enjoyable stay; these are some of the things to be mindful of.

Room, bedding and bathroom were clean and spacious. Surprised with how quiet the room was, did not hear highway traffic at all. Breakfast was simple; it was just enough to get us back on the road to our next destination.

After the front desk person rudely told me that Expedia had supposedly booked 2 rooms under my name, despite me having a regular confirmation email for one room, she told me I had to contact Expedia because the hotel could be charged fees if there was a mistake in the booking and that she "couldn't check me in" until I did. She finally agreed to check us in after going back and forth about the fact that there were no issues on my end and as far as I knew I had a prepaid room already booked--- but she also let us know about a hidden extra fee if you have a dog with you (there was nothing about this when I booked the room). When I saw the state of the room--- dirty, hair in the bathroom, a broken fan in the bathroom with exposed wiring, a horrible smell, and filthy wall to wall carpet --- my family and I decided to just leave and check out immediately and asked for a refund, as we had not stayed there at all. The hotel refused to answer Expedia's calls and 3 days later I found out they refused to refund us at all. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. NEVER STAY HERE

The staff was courteous, however the hotel was very old and dirty. While the Bathroom was clean, the carpet was filthy, and I was afraid to put my feet down on the floor. Even though the breakfast was free, my husband, who has low standards for food refused to eat there and we went to McDonald’s.

The room size was good. I didn't appreciate how the heat lamp was cut off and I felt like there wasn't enough lighting in the bathroom. The stopper for the bathtub didn't work either. The staff was very friendly so no issues there. I did not look at the pool so I cannot say how that was. They didn't have a store only vending machines which was a disappointment. Definitely having a store with a few snack items helps, especially since a lot of people don't carry cash anymore and you can just charge it to the room. The room was clean but there wasn't an outlet close to the desk. Most hotels I have stayed at have outlets on the desk lamps. I never wake up early enough for the free breakfast. All in all this wasn't a bad place to stay for the price.
