spent a week there, amazing hotel super clean room and the facilities were top notch. Enjoyed the breakfast a lot of vegetarian options. also getting around from the hotel to south mumbai was a breeze. definitely recommend this place.

Great central hotel

The room was stopless, the staff were very nice and accommodating. I was in Mumbai to celebrate my birthday and they did everything to make it special even a ballon display. My stay was very comfortable and would stay again.

Extended my stay here and stayed for 17 nights in total, and booked 2 Executive rooms. Amazing staff....from the entrance to the hotel by the security guards and welcoming Indian dressed greeter to the reception staff to the catering staff to the house cleaning staff (especially Rashuvir), they were ALL absolutely fabulous. Even the breakfast chef would prepare my special cooked sausages perfectly (and he remembered this everyday without fail!). Any request was perfectly executed and relayed to all the staff as a reminder for next time. Wow amazing training, and genuine responsive staff. 100% satisfied. Will DEFINITELY stay here again (stayed here twice now). Wouldn't even dream about staying anywhere else. Keep up the good work :). You guys are a shining example of amazing Indian hospitality.

Room was large, very clean with a basket of fresh fruit to welcome us. The bathroom was spacious and shower was excellent with hot water. Staff would stop by and ask if we needed anything. The breakfast was sumptuous and though a buffet staff was always available to get us our coffee or bring the omelette over from the station. They have a cocktail hour from 6:00 pm to 8:00pm on the 30th floor with beautiful views of the city. I’ll be back.

Nice welcome at the door from the gate and door staff but that's where the pleasantries ended. Reception somewhat indifferent, not at all helpful or welcoming. Room (ITC One) absolutely huge but feels dated. Marvellous views from the windows to the Mumbai skyline. Breakfast has good Indian and western choices in a dining room style. Good pool and gym. Irish bar on site and a couple of restaurants. Overall, very underwhelming and easily forgettable I'm afraid. Probably wouldn't return unless other similar establishments full.

I had a comfortable and excellent stay at the ITC. The staff is courteous, friendly and always willing to help. They paid attention to the smaller details and ensured that I had comfortable stay.
