Excellent staff and great location. The hotel was exactly as advertised and was great for our four night stay.

Great location near river and not to far from Charles bridge. Nice quiet hotel with large rooms. Room was very comfortable with air con, coffee tea , minibar, safe, lovely seated area and desk as well as black out curtains. Staff in Breakfast area are very helpful and polite. Breakfast had a great choice of fruit, salmon, vegetables and omelette made for you. Very clean and relaxing hotel but also not far from the old town and bridge which is so much busier. Check in / out all very easy- the hotel does have it own app if you want to use it

The hotel is in a very good are for walking around Oldtown. My only thing was the hotel was doing some construction that we were unaware of, having said that it is still a very nice hotel in a great location.

Great central location walkable to everything! Lobby smelled great, property was clean, healthy breakfast offered. Room was spacious. Was really impressed with the quality for the cost.

Great hotel , staff were very welcoming , reception staff Natalie and the other members great also , apologies cant remember names of staff , there was a young gentleman staff (spanish speaker) , great and very helpful with places to visit around the old town , overall a great experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Conveniently located hotel in the heart of the old city. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a nice size and included a bidet.

I’ve now been to Prague a couple of times, and Bookquet is by far the best hotel. Great location - close to things you want to see and tram stations for things a little farther afield. Room was delightful. And, Hendrix was as SO GREAT!! I accidentally left my phone on a train, and he expertly helped us navigate to the spot we could get it. I highly recommend this hotel!

Our stay was amazing. Location is amazing for a weekend in Prague. The staff were very attentive and our room was incredible! It even had a sauna! It was newly renovated so felt lovely and fresh. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel in amazing location

Hotel was beautiful, it was exactly like it described on website and even better than we expected. Quiet rooms, lovely staff, wide variety of breakfast options with lovely food and great area to be in to visit Prague, had a lovely time
