The property is beautiful, staff is kind and helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioning unit that didn’t work the first night, but the staff tried to help and gave us a standing unit for the night.

Villa Soro is a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood with excellent access to both Gros and the Old Town—an easy, pleasant walk. Parking was simple and stress-free, which we really appreciated. While the building and grounds are lovely, we found the restaurant/bar lacked atmosphere—more formal than cozy. The bed linens in our room felt a bit dated and could use refreshing to match the otherwise elegant setting. Breakfast was good quality and nicely presented, though not especially memorable. Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location, but a few details could be improved to meet expectations at this level.

Excellent hotel - beautiful surroundings and great staff. Bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in, followed by a delicious breakfast. Highly recommended

Estuvimos en Villa Soro y quedamos encantados con el hotel, la atención del staff! Enfermé durante mi estancia en el hotel y ellos me ayudaron. Y orientaron en a donde ir a que me medicaran. Durante mi Visita al doctor, hubo cambio de turno y al regresar al hotel, la nueva recepcionista estuvo muy al pendiente de que me había comentado el Doctor y que me podían ayudar. Definitivamente recomiendo este hotel y si regresamos al SS, este será mi opción de hospedaje. El hotel bellisímo y las instalaciones se primera.
