The foundation of the hotel is wood making it very noisy. The water doesn’t drain in the bathtub . The water is not very hot in the shower. It is clean and the staff is friendly. The area around the hotel is safe and very pretty.

The property was clean and the kids enjoyed the pool. Great location next to the Albertville premium outlet mall.

Beautiful hotel and a beautiful area. Check in was quick and the girl at the front desk was very friendly. Breakfast had great options. Check out quick and easy.

Overall it was a nice stay

The Hotel is nice, but the room was pretty dirty, the couch had some food and red substance splattered across the side, there were numerous hairs of various sizes all over the bed and thermostat only worked for 15 minute periods and required me to walk up to it and touch it to get shocked before it would turn back on again. The pool and hot tub were great, but there appeared to have been severe water damage at some point

Absolutely our favorite place to stay

I've stayed here several times now for appts in the area. It is always clean, the staff is friendly and it feels like my second home. I love the pool and hottub and their breakfast it's great with a large variety to choose from. I will continue to stay here when I need to travel and definitely recommend!

pool area was functional but was having a ventilation issue which will get fixed I presume soon. Breakfast & coffee was Great. Breakfast host very nice and helpful.
