Great location and outstanding staff

We spent a weekend with my wife. We go to Spoleto quite often, but this was our first time in this hotel. The hotel is a bit further away from the historical center, but not too much. It is like 20 minutes walking. In addition, it is closer to the Spoleto-Norcia route for those who like to hike and bike. The hotel has been recently refurbished, so it looks very nice. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We'll definitively come back!

GPS does not take you to the property. Other wise it was a good location.

Wow, you don't often get to stay in a work of art! The hotel has been decorated by a well-known local artist as part of the annual world-famous Spoletto Festival of Two Worlds devoted to the arts. Our room had paintings on the walls and ceiling. Otherwise, it is a comfortable, standard 3-star hotel. The proprietors and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good, as was the restaurant; the kitchen is open (windowed), which is fun.

Hotel Arca is a ways away from the center of the town, and there isn't much of a sidewalk. The WiFi was so-so and the hallway looks to be under construction. Also be aware that many of the photos on the website are of Spoleto, not of the hotel and are not representative of the hotel or the neighborhood. That said, the owner was really nice and gave me a ride to the station when he saw I had a ton of things with me.

I had a great stay in this hotel. Everything is perfect.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful; the food was very good and the rooms comfortable and very clean. The Arca is good value; business or pleasure; this hotel ticks the boxes.

This is absolutely not a 3 star hotel, it is a 2 star property. I was hosting a guest and was quite embarrassed because of the quality of this hotel. It is far from historic Spoleto and as we arrived at night it was a bit of a pain to walk here from the station. As a two star hotel it is just fine but I searched and paid for a three star hotel.

Rien à redire tout est parfait cela mérite vraiment une note de 10 sur 10. Le plus appréciable c'est de pouvoir laisser sa voiture sur un parking assez sécurisé à l'ombre.

Lati positivi: ottima colazione!!! personale super gentile, professionale e disponibile,letto comodo. benzinaio appena esci dall'albergo, parcheggio gratuito, buona la posizione. Lati negativi: tutta la struttura è vetusta e un pò fatiscente, vista orribile ma d'altronde si affaccia proprio su Via Flaminia. La Camera: Grandezza della camera giusta ne grande ne piccola, tavoletta del water ingiallita, le cromature del bagno piene di calcare, anche se il bagno era ben pulito si aveva una sensazione di sporco, moquette consumata, macchiata insomma da cambiare anche molto polverosa agli angoli, armadio capiente ma anch'esso rovinato e cigolante, il letto è comodo e la camera è calda. Sicuramente ottimo prezzo in questo periodo. Ambiente accogliente ma tanto tanto da svecchiare.
