Staff were friendly. Room was as requested a family room with 2 beds made up. The second bed was a sofa bed and really uncomfortable. It was bent like a banana and not flat. Sheets were clean. Main room was clean. Bath was very high sided so hard to climb into. Shower would not stay high as holder was broken so had to be held by hand. Tiles looked a little mouldy. Did not have breakfast.

Perfect transport stop. With air conditioning which is the reason we booked. Simple and clean. Great refresh.

The hotel was in a good location near the motorway for an overnight stay. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant food was very good

Stayed here on way to a reunion in southern France. Had stayed at other hotels and this one was very much better. Unfortunate that the restaurant was closed on Sunday night but not totally unexpected. Staff were helpful.

No AC, breakfast ends by 9:30am, empty tissue box, no soap refill, area feels pretty uncomfortable, no 24/7 front desk…

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lovely room although a bit small. Very clean and comfortable.

Staff were instantly rude as soon as we arrived and rude to our children. We had just travelled for 14 hours and not happy to be treated this way.

We had a reasonable stay. The car park spaces are far too small for large cars. We had a meal in the resturant on Monday 10th June, our first evening. My wife ordered the chicken and chips. She had eaten aporox half her meal when she saw that the chicken was raw/uncooked in the centre. She pointed this out to the waitress, who just picked up the plate and took it away. There was no apology. On the first morning we went to the dining room for breakfast. There wasn't much choise. The eggs and bacon containers were empty, there were no yogurts or croissants available. On the morning thst we left, at approximately 6.15, we went to reception and were told by the gentleman, that there was nothing further to pay. I questioned this, several times but was assured that all bills had been settled. When we arrived home, there was an email from the Hotel, which was quite agressive, stating that we had left the Hotel, without going to reception and had failed to settle our bill. The following day I rang the Hotel, where I complaied to the receptionist and paid the outstanding amount. This was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had in dealing with a Hotel.

This is a hotel I would stay at again. It was clean and comfortable. It has a good restaurant attached. The breakfast was not as good as others we have stayed at but ok

The receptionist was eating when I arrived and handed me the key and room number. When my wife and dog walked through reception he gave them no eye contact and failed to acknowledge them I found his manner rude and disinterested. The room was cramped and had sloping ceilings so one had to crouch to get into bed. There was no lift and we were on the 3rd floor which was not ideal with a dog. The first floor had plenty of rooms vacant. On the positive there was a kettle although only one tea bag each and one milk. Lots of car park spaces. Nice shower over the bath.

I can´t imagine anyone having a complaint about this hotel. reasonably priced, friendly staff, good breakfast

It's a nice and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. There's a 24hrs reception which was really helpful for us as we were driving in at a late night. The breakfast service is very good. Overall the hotel is what you expect of a standard accommodation. The only complication is to actually get in the hotel, once you drive around you can see it but the roads are so confusing it took us a bit to drive in. Oh, and a lift would be good, definitely

Hotel was not central, nothing in walking distance. Restaurant not open on Sundays only for breakfast. Did not like presence of animals i.e. dogs in the dining area.

One night stop, reservation said with balcony but no rooms had any, woken up early by workmen remodelling rooms on our corridor. Staff were very friendly, but hotel is not near anything else so unless you wanted to hike up a hill, drive somewhere eating at hotel was only option.

This Campanile is about to be transferred to the Inter-Hotel Apolonia chain and building alterations were already taking place at the time of my visit, therefore I feel it may be unfair to be too critical during untypical circumstances. However, although the staff were efficient and friendly, there didn't seem to be enough of them and, unlike her evening counterpart, the morning receptionist spoke little English (even less than my limited French!). I admit I should try harder in that respect. The temporary breakfast arrangements (due to builders working in the actual area) were poorly and inefficiently laid out, but workable. My main gripe was the lack of kettle facilities in the bedroom, the first time I have encountered this in a Campanile.

The hotel and my room was clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English if needed. There was tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The hotel is well situated for travelling through and for visiting Limoges, just of off the A20.

Nous avons eu une grande chambre. Propre. Calme. Petit dejeuner très correct. Personnel à l'écoute, très aimable et serviable. Nous reviendrons à l'occasion.

Personnel froid avec un manque d'informations au niveau de la restauration. Nous avons été obligés de regarder sur internet pour trouver un restaurant (en même temps c'était un mal pour un bien) et je conseille à la clientèle de l'hôtel de se rendre à 3km au restaurant la parenthèse où nous avons été agréablement surpris par l'accueil, produits de qualité et du fait maison avec un très bon rapport qualité prix ainsi qu'un très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire du lieu (et bien entendu la personne de l'accueil de l'hôtel avait volontairement omis de nous l'indiquer en nous faisant deux autres propositions qui n'avaient d'ailleurs rien à voir avec notre choix). Quant à la chambre de l'hôtel et habitués des best western rien à dire sauf peut-être pour cette fois ci avec une personne avec un handicap comme moi, la baignoire est rédhibitoire. Pour finir le petit déjeuner était au top !
