Near transport and supermarket,Quiet spacious room

Good budget hotel in industrial area. Room needs refurbishing badly, especially the bathroom which had dirty tiles and pipe cladding falling off. Will use again due to its location to the motorway but for only that reason.

Good hotel, not too fancy and not too bad.

The hotel was okay for the money although we had booked a triple room which was too small for the number of people. There was only one free socket in the room. We ate at the restaurant next door and the service was very slow- we waited almost an hour for our food! When it came it was okay but not great. Would not go back!

The hotel needs refurbishing badly .The evening mealtime staff were not very helpful and could not speak English witch made things difficult, the food was badly cooked, the complaint we made was not registered. The morning staff were much more helpful and friendly, he apologised and suggested we make you aware of our complaint and overall disappointment with our stay at this hotel. We have frequently stayed at other campanile hotels in our travels and had excellent experiences. HOPE THIS IS A ONE OFF.

Expected more from a Campanile. Room was shabby and not very well cleaned. Bathroom was OK and bed was comfortable but room just very basic looking - felt like I was back to my student days.Did not have breakfast - thought it was far too expensive. Even the location was not easy to find - looked easy but motorway junction going south was easy to miss. Don't expect to go into Lyon from here - it's miles away - go to Vienne instead. But perhaps more honestly - don't stay here, find somewhere else.

Difficult to confirm a late check in. Late staff were friendly and helpful, but gave wrong info for breakfast times so we had to go without.

After a poor experience in another Campanile this was a most pleasing visit.The food was excellent,the staff helpful and we will use it again.

Très bon accueil c’est très agréable de trouver aussi de quoi dîner cela évite de reprendre la voiture après un long trajet La propreté de la chambre mériterait d’être un peu mieux il est vrai que la chambre est au Rdc Climatisation un plus mais très bruyante dommage Literie excellente

Hôtel très vétuste. Dernière chambre à côté de la route et donc bruyante. Le rapport qualité/prix n’y est pas!

Vi skulle bara sova så då är hotellet helt okej . Bra inhängnad parkering . Bristfällig kunskap i engelska men vi löste de. Frukosten var basic utan varmrätter o inga ägg . Man måste ringa och meddela ankomst tid .

Hôtel vieillot, mauvaise insonorisation, mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. Personnel très agréable et propreté impeccable. Le parking est fermé ce qui est bien.

Rien d’extraordinaire à signaler. Hôtel situé dans une zone industrielle. Chambre très simple, confort minimal. Petit déjeuner basique. Le strict minimum pour passer la nuit dans un cadre professionnel. Accueil chaleureux à signaler tout de même.

Bonjour Je tiens à me plaindre du confort lors de notre séjour du 7 au 8 juillet 2025 dans votre hôtel,le lit était très inconfortable,nous sentions les ressorts du matelas dans le dos,chambre 121. Nous avions réservé dans votre hôtel début juin et tous c'était très bien déroulé,lit confortable. Je demande de votre part un geste commercial à hauteur du désagrément. Enkelt men trevligt hotell. Bra personal och rent i rummet. Tråkig omgivning

Die Matratzen sind definitiv schlecht, auch wenn sie neu sein sollten, dann war der Einkauf eine schlechte Wahl. Das Frühstück war super 👍
