Helpful staff, nice room, good breakfast. Situated close to city centre. Only problem was no cold water in the bathroom sink. Reported.

I was very pleased with the extra care I received from the staff at the reception. From usual daily and night staff, their help was beyond their duty. The manager was also very helpful. Their customer service was beyond the remit of their duty.

The bed was very comfortable. However, the hot water in the shower was not working - VERY DISAPPOINTING. Furthermore, the staff offered no remedy - they did not have a repair person on site, and did not offer a discount for the inconvenience. This was quite unsatisfactory.

Very comfortable, convenient and not far from main road when driving from North to South of France (or vice-versa). Good restaurant and excellent breakfast service.

We decided to visit Lyon for the weekend. The hotel wasn’t far from a shopping mall, restaurants and other amenities. I recommend a car even so the parking areas are not free. The hotel was quite, not much noise at all in the area. The room was spacious, the shower as well and the bed was confortable. There was a kettle, tea, coffee and a bottle of water at our service when we arrived in the room. We were very pleased knowing that the price was reasonable. The lady at reception was very pleasant and the breakfast was very good. We will probably go back there again 😉

Hotel and staff very welcoming. Great for a stop off or when visiting city (long walk to centre) best if you have a car. Lots of free parking on site. Excellent breakfast (even had bacon and eggs). Overall good value.

Nice surroundings ice receptionist, but room dated very clostrophibic , lots of broken bits. Would not go back.

It was a business trip. Overall it wan't that great. We could not get any food on the first day. Not lunch, not dinner. No one even delivers in the area. Wifi was getting disconnected every 5 minutes. No exaggerations. It was impossible to do anything on that. Otherwise, things were just Ok. Rooms were basic, but clean. Tv was only French, I guess. Breakfast was basic.

Room cleaned was ok, however, Air-conditioning was bad. please maintain its facility.

It was excellent, very nice, love it, walking distance to shops and restaurants!

We have been travelling to France for a number of years, and was delighted to stay in not one but two Kyriad hotels, they were clean, comfortable and a very welcoming addition to our journey, we hope to stay their again on our next holiday.

From the outside the hotel looks a bit old... but the rooms are new, very comfortable. Considering the price per night, this is a great value. Town is VERY calm, like a small village in provence. Great walks. Plus points : Good service, comfortable room, nice shower, close to the city yet so calm. Minus points : Room service / other clients noise when passing in front of the room, no mini bar.

Breakfast disappointing, for nearly $50 euro for 2 people for 2 days. No croissants when we arrived, scrambled eggs out (it was replenished after we left!) very busy staff. Only one main light and power outlet. I'm not hard to please but I can't recommend.

Cannot complain, but be careful if you need to buy food or drinks, as there is nothing nearby and restaurant is not open all the time.
