This is an older hotel, but the rooms were clean and the staff was so nice and helpful. Parking was free. We did not have breakfast but it looked very good.

No breakfast, very pet friendly lovely staff at check in rooms need updating very basic paper cups a big no no unplug to to plug kettle in !!! Heating did not work so was cold !! As duvet very thin massive bed definitely need more pillows

I recently stayed at Hotel Campanile Gent for a few nights. Overall, the hotel was decent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location is also convenient for exploring the city, being close to public transport and the main attractions. However, I did have an unpleasant experience during my stay. I had to call reception because of a domestic disturbance from the room next door. The noise was quite disruptive, and I felt uncomfortable during the situation. The staff did respond promptly, which was appreciated, but it did affect the overall experience. In terms of amenities, the hotel offers what you would expect for the price. The breakfast was satisfactory, though nothing extraordinary. While the experience wasn’t perfect, the hotel did meet basic expectations, and I would consider staying here again if I had a similar situation.

For the money it was certainly bad value the area was noisy all no due to factory’s very close by and also people partying in the car park outside our room the room was extremely basic with a very poor bed but the shower was good about all we can say on a positive really if you are look for a place to feel miserable then look no further

The room was on the ground floor with no curtains only net curtains, there was a light direct outside the room , so got zero sleep, then had to drive for 13 hours the next day. The bed was uncomfortable!

Welcoming, helpful & friendly staff. Breakfast was good and dining room clean. However, the room was very small, dirty with cobwebs and loads of mosquitos. We would not stay here again.

Compact, neat & comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here with a nice room & brilliant bath, which filled quickly. Breakfast was so nice with fruit & granola & much more. Would just suggest some plant based milk be added. Bus 19 goes straight to Sint St Pieterberg station from outside the hotel (8 minutes) or a 40-minute walk ….. yes, we timed it 😄 Nice place 👍

Old motel. Clean but well worn. Beds not great. Rooms small. Dont sit on the toilet it may fall off the wall. Breakfast is expensive to pay for and lacking when its included. But busy every night. Safe enough. Overpriced for what it is.

The room is very very very simple

We arrived around midnight and someone stayed there to check us in. Property was a perfect stopover and the rooms were lovely and warm (we travelled on a cold Feb night).

Very outdated rooms with very little privacy and no proper blinds. I can't say that I would recommend this place.

Just AVOID this place! I'm not sure what was worse, the fact it seems to be right next to a chemical factory that hums ALL night, or that there aren't any curtains, just metal shutters with holes in. Maybe the black mould in the bathroom? No wait - I know! It's the fact that the walls are SO THIN you can hear everything around you - EVERYTHING! People talking, in the shower - ON THE TOILET. The place needs knocking down it really does. It was so bad we checked out early and got another hotel. Just avoid!

Average check in once staff appeared. They seemed a bit short on people.

After being given rooms which had not been prepared or cleaned, we were moved to rooms which had been prepared. The breakfast choice was very good and plentiful and the restaurant at night offered good meals if you didn't want to travel elsewhere. Overall experience was good and staff were always helpful.

Lovely Motel, perfect for dogs, large lawn.
