Airco was oke, we did not had breakfast

The rooms are old, need a fresh coat of paint and remodelling. Funky smell in the bathroom. A little out of the way in an industrial park.

Stayed to visit the Coliseum, hotel was clean & breakfast was good. Just not many eating selections nearby when we were there. Adequate for our 1 night stop over in the city.

Great hotel near restaurants & supermarkets

Very nice staff. Room A/C stopped working middle of the night and room became very warm & stuffy. Tiny room so this was not comfortable at all. Nice breakfast area. Ample gated parking.

Chambre tellement petite qu'il n'y avait pas de place pour ouvrir ma valise. Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre et odeur d'urine de chat et de moisissure dans la salle de bain. Cote insonorisation, nous pouvions entendre le voisin d'en face tousser, de l'autre cote du couloir.

We had a fantastic quadruple room - only thing missing was a fridge which would have been really handy.

Said to be a superior room!!! Damaged wallpaper, curtains hanging off, bathroom grouting dirty. Reception lady was nice and helpful but the room was horrible.

The Kyriad hotel has easy parking and pleasant rooms, at a good price

No kettle or tea /coffee facilities in room. But there was an area to make it when we asked. But not what we expected and we needed to fill a flask with hot water for our journey when we left and they made it a little difficult and eventually gave us a kettle to do it ourselves but in general a very good over night stay hotel with clean rooms and attentive staff

Room was clean but tiny ... we're travelling with two large suitcases and room was so small we had to stack them by the door as the room couldn't accommodate these size bags. I recommend to management to hang the TV on the wall and get rid of the desk allowing more room to move. Hotel was basic and clean for our 1 night stay, but I wouldn't want to stay more than the one night. Breakfast looked good but we had to leave early and couldn't enjoy it. Wifi was also very weak.

Happy with the hotel and room although bed for one of our children was small - her feet were overhanging the end and she is not particularly tall!

It was affordable, the place was near to everything but the apace was very tight. Our air conditioning does not work. However the parking was free and that was a big plus.

Awful hotel. Over priced. Dirty carpet. Mold growing in shower. Rude staff. Completely unacceptable.

Outstanding value. Very large room. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

Great place to stay. Location is excellent, out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to the good stuff and convenient to the train station. Staff extremely welcoming and super helpful. The only drawbacks are the shower head, which must be held by hand when showering.

Upon arrival greeted by very helpful and friendly member of staff. Room clean and bed comfortable. Had a few enquiries about things in the local area and all were answered in excellent English and all our questions dealt with easily by knowledgeable staff member. Will definately stay there again as it is convenient and well priced.
