Very nice place, friendly staff. Room nice clean . Could do with having a better food choice.

My room was never cleaned. I was not informed that nobody took care of the room at check-in. I will certainly never go back to the hotel again

Property was suitable for a short stay. While old and a bit tired it was comfortable.

It’s a handy place to stay for the airport and the room was clean and spacious. It’s a long way from Biarritz centre and on the edge of an industrial estate

My main complaint was about the lack of a twin room. I was traveling with my daughter and took great pains to reserve twin rooms rather than double rooms. Despite my reservation showing "multiple beds," there was only one double bed in our room. The staff was unable (or unwilling) to find a twin room for us. Having said that, the bed was comfortable and the facilities basic but adequate.

Staff were very considerate. The room is excellent for transit and not for a long stay.

The hotel was located in a convenient location with good parking. It was clean and comfortable. I will consider to stay there again.

Was clean and quiet

We enjoyed our stay at this little hotel. Very convenient to train station and airport. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. There are grocery options close as well.

The woman at reception was extremely friendly and helpful because we arrived a little early and she accommodated us.

Unfortunately the room was damp and smelled of urine. The toilet also smelled like it had not been cleaned before we checked in. Location is convenient though.

Great location if arriving via bus or catching a flight from Iraty airport. Very serviceable accommodation, but we found the beds could be just a little more comfortable.

Comfortable overnight stay

When we went to pay for our meal the first bill included the buffet, main course and desert for each of us when we had only had a main course each. We had also ordered two pichets of wine to have with our meal and were shocked when we were presented with a bill for 38 euros for the wine! It took two more attempts to actually get a bill which reflected what we had ordered and we were left feeling that this had been a deliberate attempt to overcharge us in the hope that we would not notice. The room was shabby with a badly stained carpet and there were hairs in the bath. We have stayed here 4 times before but will not be doing so again.
