Excellent hotel to stay. Everyone is friendly, nice and the breakfast is unbelievable.

Very nice place. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Shame the sauna did not op[en until 2pm.

Very spacious rooms, stunning building, but the rooms are starting to look a bit old and worn out. The biggest issue was that the room was very cold when visiting in Dec even when turning the heating all the way up.

The property is very nice and a lot of dining options nearby. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only downside is breakfast cost, 45 Euro.

An absolute gem for those who are looking for a quiet getaway. Exquisite design throughout the building, polite and very helpful service, and fine dining made our stay exceptional.

Lovely hotel with family room that worked well for our family of four for our Christmas markets visit. Great buffet breakfast too!

This was a stop over and we had stayed before, lovely grounds, fantastic building, breakfast a little on the pricey side though if you ate like a pig you would get value for money, there is a great variety but there is only so much a lady can eat.

Booked a room for my family of 4 but the sleeping couch was for kids not adults (even tho paid full price) en there was no privacy since no lock on the toilet and no door to the en suite bathroom.

Nice room

As my late partner lived in Vaals I am familiar with the hotel as we used the facilities frequently for dining and entertaining our guests.

We couldnt dine in the hotel. The restaurant was booked ok, they didnt even want to serve outside room service because they are short staff’ed. we eneded up buying from food and beverages from a close-by market. We paid 300euros and no place at restaurant and no service.

This property, or castle rather, was beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again. The AC was a little warm and turned off on me, but that was the only downside.

Property is very nice with cool grounds. Our room was nice and big. The bed was heavenly. However the service was a bit off.

But hard to gauge its overall qualiry level with most bar/restaurant areas shut down due to Corona virus.
