Needs major updating

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. We felt like we paid more than what we should have. I guess you pay a premium because of the Olympics. But the room smelt of strong mould, the carpets stained, mould on the faucets of the shower, the bed and pillows had a stink to them. We felt dirty after staying there. The only saving grace was the air conditioning, parking, water pressure, and that the staff being nice. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Belle accueil, La chambre est due pour des petites rénovation. Matelas avec ressort dans le dos dans une des 2 chambres. Mais très près du tram de bordeaux donc un grand avantage

Very large campanile yet we were put in a room round the back so couldn’t park outside. The restaurant wasn’t open for dinner which we wasn’t informed about until we arrived which is one of the reasons we booked the hotel. Breakfast was very good though

The best Campanile we have stayed in by far. Thoroughly recommended in all respects, the most excellent being the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff we came in. They all smiled genuinely!!

It was in a pretty location on the edge of Bordeaux with lakes to walk round. It was also close to the tram to get into the centre of the city. We would definitely come back as a great city with lots of character and history.

Excellent location for Ferry, our regular stopover to/from Charente. With benefit of overnight locked car park.

Acceptable room with comfortable beds (twin), shower excellent (hot and powerful). On-site restaurant good.Accomodation could do with an update/revamp but otherwise nice place to stay with friendly staff.

Great out of town budget hotel with attached restaurant serving good food and free parking. Friendly staff. Great shower and comfortable bed. Good continental breakfast.
