Excellent choice to stay. The mall is right in front walking distance. Overall a great stay 10/10.

Hotel is perfect for families and is walking distance from a mall. Safe to walk around the area and Starbucks is a plus being right next door. Provided home cooked breakfast every morning and staff was super friendly. Small but very welcoming.

Excellent service, very neat, quite, excellent location.

Maybe more food in the vending machines would be great as no food is avail and not so safe to be out in the streets at dark making it very challenging for a late night snack /meal. With that in mind, a mini fridge in the room may be a great addition. Closet space (lack of) was very disappointing and even more so the amount/lack of hangers.

My stay was amazing everyone was helpful and attentive.

Great

First they couldnt find the reservation and left me waiting in the lobby about 1 hour. Then there was no remote for the tv in the room and the internet never worked. The next morning when we were getting ready someone from housekeeping opened the door when we still had 3 hours until check-out.

It was in a very nice & safe area, also the mall and restaurants were across the street.

Costumer service was horrible

Overall OK, cleanliness could be improved,I found several hairs on the bed, furniture and in the restroom. Also the check in could be a little more leniant, I arrived before the check in time and had to wait until 3PM to do so.
