View of the ocean was great!! You have access to everything the beach as to offer plus it’s all in walking distance!!

We specifically picked this hotel because the listing said it included breakfast. When we arrived, they said there was no breakfast in winter.

There was construction going on next door, which was unsightly, but other than that, it's a nice property, right on the beach. There are lots of dining options in walking distance, and the people are super friendly. The rooms themselves are nothing special--kind of an ordinary motel/hotel room--but the location is awesome.

Stayed here a few times and never disappointed. Very friendly staff, right by the boardwalk. Many restaurants in walking distance. We love it so much. Will continue booking with Atlantic Sand.

We have stayed at this hotels several times and we won’t be back. We always pay extra because we like a room with a balcony and ocean view. The room was so small. There was rust all across the bottom of the refrigerator, the tv was super small with lines all across it. The furniture was all broken, the drawer wouldn’t close. They gave us really small pillows like throw pillow size, not even standard size. Super disappointing. The beds were as hard as rocks. I was wondering if because I use a third party they give me the crappy room?

Staff was super nice and helpful during check in and check out. Room was clean and quiet.

Beautiful view from my room. On the boardwalk and close to the little beach shops and restaurants.

It was a nice place to stay.

The staff was really really nice and informative. The room was clean, but aged. The mattress was rather soft, which is not my favorite, but that is personal preference.

Property is older, quiet due to the off season. Our view of the Atlantic from our balcany was spectacular with the full moon.

We hace been staying at the Sands for over 35 years and never has it been this bad. Guests 2 floors down from us were constantly smoking marijuana on their balcony. It made it so that we could not sit on our balcony or even open our balcony door and enjoy the ocean air. Our room wnded up smelling like marijuana, to the point we had to open the balcony door after they were done, and the room door at the same time, just to air the room out.We did talk to the front desk multiple times on multiple occasions. They could not do anything unless they physically saw them. Another excuse was that the housekeepers dont speak english so they couldn't tell the front desk if they smelled anything. So we paid extra for the balcony room and could not use the balcony. And of course the manager wasnt going to be there until after we left. Very frustrating time, when we went to the beach in January to relax without the crowd.
